Trump's slavishly obedient real estate attorney, like so many of his appointees, is objectively--and abjectly--unqualified for the job, yet he's entrusted the business of justice for the American people to her.

The top prosecutor in the district has never prosecuted a case.

And now, with two embarrassingly thin indictments filed, the odds are good she still won't prosecute a case. Both of these cases are likely to be thrown out before trial. That's why Trump's first appointee wouldn't charge either of them. He had to find someone with less expertise and less charcter--someone more like him.

What an utter embarrassment to this nation.

Was the prosecuter in Charlotte NC qualified? Because that person let a dangerous criminal with mental problems out of jail almost 20 times. Then he killed a women just because she was white. So maybe qualified needs to be redefined.

Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?

You cheered on this malicious prosecution of politicians when it was Biden doing it. You don't get to pretend to be on the moral high ground now.

I have no idea what you're talking about, but it's a really, really sad deflection from a fact you know to be true: Halligan is objectively unqualified.

Time for a little introspection. You know for a fact someone without prosecutorial experience should not be installed as the top prosecutor for a district--which Trump has now done twice, picking his personal lawyers to do his bidding rather than qualified appointees. Children can understand that it's wrong. Dogs can understand it. You understand it. It's entirely indefensible, and there is not even an argument to be made that she is qualified.

But you are so farking far up Trump's ass you can't even admit what you know to be true. You have to deflect and defend what you KNOW to be wrong. What the hell kind of man are you? What has Trump given you that was worth your dignity and self respect. Jeebus.

The deflection is yours. Instead of dealing with the merits or facts of the case, you attack the prosecutor.

What was that? It's hard to hear you over the sound of your head exploding....

That's because they know that every time THEY did it the prosecutor was corrupt so they assume that must be the case here

I am talking about the office led by Spencer B. Merriweather III. They allowed Decarlos Brown Jr. To go free 14 times before he killed. I am sure Spencer B. Merriweather III is immenently qualified. But his qualifications aside, he sucks at his job. So, maybe we need to rethink what qualified actually means.

In this case, it means getting results. While you don't like the results, the results are effective. A grand jury in an area of Virginia that is deeply blue saw enough evidence to determine James should stand trial, despite the fact that many in that state would view her as a hero.

Don't start nothing, wont be nothing. You guys had to go around with your banana republic style persecutions. It made us believe that the only way to stop that is for you to have real, material consequences for your shitty behavior. And that is exactly what is happening. If you hadn't behaved like little biotches, we wouldn't be doing this.

You should understand that my support for Trump is not idolization of Trump. My support for him is 95% anti-you. Aka anti-left.

Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?

What a hypocrite.

Got enough for an indictment. Lets see how this plays out in court.

Trump actually ordered this prosecution to happen. You cannot get more blatant than that when it comes to interference. I can assure you that such outrageous misconduct will be brought up by the attorneys for both James and Comey.

Sour grapes all around from the usual suspects.

I don't care if Trump ordered a ham sandwich; she was indicted. Notice how you keep ignoring these pesky facts.

She ran a campaign on getting Trump. She deserves every bit of lawfare she gets. All of it and more.

The president isn’t supposed to do that for obvious reasons. America was founded to do away with arbitrary measures of that sort.

Let the case get to court and see what happens.  Regardless of that the fact that the president of the US is targeting political rivals for his self-serving retribution and the DOJ gladly complying is an embarrassment to both the justice system and the country. A total embarrassment...

New York AG Letitia James indicted in Virginia after investigation by Trump's DOJ

Virginia has indicted Letitia James for lying on her real-estate paperwork. She claimed the home was her permanent residence when it was not.

Didn't Adam Schitforbrains do the same thing?

I'm sure a lot of those vermin did. They didn't expect Trump and Vance to mop the floor with Kamel Face and Kotex.

There's no targeting when you're actually breaking the law.

The difference is Trump was framed and fat b*tch got caught. I hope he nails everyone of those vermin to the tree.

It's a weak case that top republican prosecutors recommended not pursuing because of lack of evidence which is why Trump appointed his own attorney, who is out of her league.  Add the Comey charge to this...  It's petty retribution that does nothing but further embarrass the leadership of the US.

Reading this morning of Ray Dalio (Bridgewater) commenting and warning of a 'brewing civil war of some form in the US'.  I think he's right...  Time to get your sh1t together before it's too late.

1. The Justice Dept. is indicting fat ass, not just some personal attorney. You need to pull your head out of the Left's ass and get your facts straight.

2. I like our chances in a civil war, in fact it feels less like a good chance and a lot more like a guaranteed win.

I like how the left says she's unqualified and then tells us how she magically got a worthless, weak case past a liberal (likely) grand jury. Well? Which is it? Stupid attorney or evil genius?

Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?

What you think he is or is not "supposed" to do is entirely your subjective opinion. What arbitrary measure?

She was indicted. Screw her. You were not around during the election I don't think, or don't remember, and I was quite clear that I was 100% all for Trump wielding any/all power he has to vindictively go after anyone and everyone he could for their crimes.

Democrats and leftists must learn the hard way for what they did the last 4 years.
