He's very experienced, he's talented, he's made strong connections with all levels of gov'ts across the country, he knows how the game is played. He understands the financial side better than anyone since harper.  He knows how to get deals done.  And he's got a solid team, not a bunch of DEI hires and loyalists. 

I think that's what scares you losers the most.  He will ACTUALLY make things better and people will see the liberals were useless twats, and the kids are all turning out to be Conservative these days. If he starts to really solve problems the liberals might be done for.

Red Tories mostly vote Liberal anyway. I've never met one yet that didn't long for the past when the Progressive Conservatives were basically the Liberals with every so slightly more fiscally careful budgets. 

We should remember as we curse Trudeau for all the trouble his immigration overload has caused, that it was a Progressive Conservative government under Mulroney that almost tripled immigration back in the mid-1980s. Not because it would be good for the country or its economy, but because his immigration minister convinced him and his cabinet that newcomers from places without a history or culture of democracy would be so grateful to the PCs they'd be loyal party supporters thereafter. 

Our immigration system has been strictly for political gain ever since then. And the country has suffered greatly for it.

Liberals hate native born Canadians.... really?   Kind of a weak argument if you're trying to say 'liberals' are giving away all our jobs to TFW's.  When was the last time you've seen line-ups of native born Canadian's clamouring to get those high paying jobs in the fast food restaurants, cleaning hotels, driving taxi/Uber, farming, greenhouses, etc, etc?   If a native born Canadian is looking for a minimum wage paying job they can find it, but your average Canadian isn't looking for a minimum wage paying job.  There is a shortage of labor in those sectors that require minimum wage workers....hence why TFW's are important for business.
