Truth be told the summit was a horrible mistake on trump's part. It gave Putin a lot of legitimacy especially at home where it would have been better if the public turned against him and pressured him to stop or seek peace.

Trump got nothing out of it and Vladimir got a lot. Because of trump's personality and history he believes that if you get face to face with someone you can work at a deal, but there is a reason why in politics you have your underlings work out the deal first and then and only then do you meet with the other leader to "sort things out" and walk away with an agreement.

Trump walked away with nothing and Putin walked away with a major PR victory.  being showcased as "equal" to trump and standing up to him and such.

which is a complete lie and the entire world knows it. The primary "root cause" is NATO's continuous expansion in eastern Europe. 

NATO expansion and the engineered coup that put The Green T-Shirt in power so they could attack ethnic Russians in east Ukraine. 

Although you're obviously too dense to acknowledge that, Trump and millions of others are not. Even Ukrainians want a negotiated peace.

It's not in the US interest to be enemies with Russia. It was a mistake letting the Russian and Chinese form a pact.

What exactly did Biden get done? Trump just talked to Putin, Ukraine and the major players in the EU. Hell, Zelinsky even wore a suit! All Biden did was sit in his Presidential suite, sucking on ice cream and taking naps while lying about.. fùcking everything.
