It's all nebulous.  You can say that the "new" way is less beholden to protocol, propriety and custom.and more expectant of results.  Let's be generous here.

And that's pretty traditionally American.  Missouri is called the "Show Me" state for a reason: you had to illustrate to them how things were supposed to work before they'd support it.  De Tocqueville wrote about the essential pragmatism of the American.  I have read books on/by Eisenhower, LBJ, Jackson among others and this is the American thing: cut through it and do what needs to be done.  It's in their culture.

What remains to be seen is whether this thesis-antithesis of Democrat/Republican will meld into a new way of politics that absorbs the most "American" aspects of the Democrats and Republicans into something new and exciting or whether the Democrats will just cease... or some other option.

Half of them voted for the guy, so there's no way to characterize them...

Looks like someone has a new patronizing catch phrase !

MAGA's tend to be far more religious, have not been to college, come from rural areas, and are White men. Evangelical Christians are Cult-like, so the transition to the MAGA movement is not unexpected.

LOL you should have put up an option for "drinker of the salty tears of their foes" :)

The complete desperation and mental anguish of people like dui, Michael, and politics1990 at the loss and failure of their woke left political parties in the us and canada is always heartwarming :)

Sorry kids.  You had your chances.  You chose to lie and destroy the countries rather than honesty and success and prosperity. Now everyone hates you and you're bitter, but it's literally a bed of your own making ;)

Keep it up tho....  4 more years in 4 more years :)

Had better start running."

Absolutely a cult of personality fueled exclusively by the politcs of spite. The campaign platform and rhetoric is incoherent and schizophrenic. His voters have no idea how his promises connect to their actual problems, and they don't seem to care? Anti-inflation pro-tariff? Sure! Why not?!?

Your input would be appreciated.

an input requires and external source to trigger an interrupt.

Please provide some peripheral sources and make sure they are powered up and don't reside in the left wing of the building.

The brainless cult culture of which the dumb America is infamous for in the entire world finally made it to the public politics. Any one of those in the long, boring to a jawwrench history will describe it fully and completely.

If it's you or them, the truth is equidistant

None of the choices you gave.

Is this yet another whinescapade? The prospect of prosperity bothers you does it? Border security and the ousting of illegal alien criminals makes you nauseous? The idea of peace gives you the heebie-jeebies?

You Libbies are fcking hilarious.

Go howl at the moon.

His base is definitely a cult but that doesn't explain why so many others voted for him.

They voted for Trump because the last 4 years under Democrat leadership has been a complete failure.
