The correct answer is that Presidents have very little control over short-term cost of living, but they can make long-term structural changes that begin to relieve that pressure.

2. Make rent and home ownership more affordable: By printing more money. Driving up national debt and the cost of rentals and homes.

3. Support small business: With a $50,000 tax exemption for new start-ups. Oh and...

"tripling the Small Business Administration’s lending to Black-owned businesses, and more than doubling small-dollar lending to Latino and women-owned businesses. She has also championed expanding federal contracts for minority-owned small businesses."

Caucasians need not apply.

4. Take on bad actors: The price gouging crap. Prove this even exists Kamala. No? Then fck off.

5. Bring down the HC costs: Pie in the sky crap. The ACA increased costs.

6. Social Security and Medicare: Tax the wealthy. But don't mention what that will do to investment. This would be a financial disaster. Ya wanna save social programs? Try NOT giving all these benefits to illegals.

It goes on like this till finally...she tries to tie the Project 2025 thing to Trump. What a lie.

So essentially...tax the sh1t outta the wealthy, hence reducing investment. Hand out billions...but only to minorities because...skin color is paramount. Drag Inflation deeper. And a bunch of bullshit about the inflation increasing act she passed. Not a word about the border or the illegals.

A vote for this id1ot...who last night stumbled several times and needed Orca Winfey to save her babbling nonsense...is a vote to drag the USA into a catastrophe on multiple levels.

Really? So when Trump institutes 60% tariff on Chinese imports, how is that not INCREASING tax on all Americans? If we all stop buying Chinese-made stuff off of Amazon and at Target/Wal-Mart, then we just buy more expensive stuff made elsewhere… and if it’s made overseas, it’s still going to face a 10 to 20% tax increase. 

You’re just lying about this fundamental fact. You cannot increase the cost of something by 60% and then pretend it won’t cost the end customer more. Why are you so allergic to telling the truth? The truth is the truth. Tariffs increase the cost of consumer and industrial goods. End of story.

US Imports from China are over half a trillion dollars. Tax that 60% and it’s $300 billion.

The current tariffs aren’t 60%, which is what Trump says he will do.  Biden, OTOH, imposed 100% tariffs on Chinese electric cars, to keep them out of our country entirely.

A tariff isn't A tax. And what happens is it inspires American Products which means the American economy heats up

. I believe this is already been explained to you.

Of course I'm more likely thing is that the Chinese will come back to the table and talk about the trade relationship with the US and try to work out something a little more fair for both. Right now it's a bit one-sided

Everyone should rewatch it and focus on the couple that asked the question. Notice how they go from being proud to set her up with a softball question to the realization that she won't answer the question. Their smiles slowly fade away.

I know, and the woman starts nodding with a slightly confused look at inappropriate times like she knows she's supposed to be nodding in agreement at some point but isn't sure what's happening :)  The man just looks like he's a little baffled.
