Except weaponized DOJ is a conspiracy theory.

The Dossier was found out and ended up hurting the Democrat Party.  Trump's insults haven't really hurt him yet.

Nope.  Although it's been used as more of a catch all phrase for all the weponizing of courts or legal proceedings rather than just the doj specifically.
