Smarter, mainstream Republicans are surely aware of the problem already, but the MAGA crowd lacks empathy and insight. They think "everyone" is as hateful as they are.

Right now, with the prospect of a Harris candidacy, women are waking up. The disaffected middle is waking up. Minority voters are waking up. They will be energized about this election cycle in a way they simply couldn't be with a rerun between two decrepit white men. And they are going to pair her with a compelling running mate--someone like Mark Kelly.

In spite of Kamala's past personality challenges, this is going to feel like a forward-looking campaign. A breath of fresh air compared to the gerentocracy.

Trump spent 4 years chipping away at women's rights and civil rights, and she's going to stand onstage across from him and credibly create the starkest contrast possible. And Vance, simply doubling down on Trumpiness, would have worked fine in a race against Biden, by now becomes a liability.

The antidote to the politics of hate and spite, regression and oppression will be hope and optimism.

I don't love Kamala Harris--maybe no one does --but she can credibly carry the right message at the right time.

She hasn't said a word yet, but this is now her race to lose. She may open polling ahead of Trump before she even campaigns.

Trump is in trouble.

Yes , Harris is definitely the choice america wants to make!!! It's what we wanted all along!

- nobody

Harris is polling worse than biden. She had one job, fix the border, and she screwed it. She'll wear all of joe's mistakes.  And sooner or later without meaning to she'll laugh and that's game over.

This woman already lost to joe.  Joe is losing to trump. It ain't over till it's over in politics, but if you think it just got better then you are the perfect picture of the ability of a democrat to self delude.

Yeah, and i'd say trump's chances of jail time from his "criminal convictions" keep going up.  House arrest at least.  They're that desperate.

He's already been found liable for sexual assault that is rape in common parlance. He's already boasted about habitual sexual assault. His first wife signed a sworn affidavit that he had raped her, IIRC.

He's quite obviously and admittedly guilty of a lot of sexual misconduct. You guys just don't care.

To paraphrase an awful human being, "He could rape a nun in the middle of 5th avenue and not lose any votes."

Progressive spin at it's finest!

Unlikeable Kamala merely has 'personality challenges' while her Republican opponent is repeatedly compared to Adolph Hitler.

I agree that this is a very serious challenge for the Republicans because the majority of progressives are afflicted with 'shiny object' syndrome. All they care about is that Harris is a woman and person of color. Little else matters to them.

This is the woman who raised funds for the legal fees of violent looters and rioters a few years ago.

You see, pervert, we're not running against a democrat, we're running against democrat policies, and America is sick of the open borders and runaway inflation. D.E.I. is D.E.A.D. and that will show in November.

Get back to me if Harris tries to stage a coup or starts quoting Hitler about immigrant vermin poisoning the blood of our country.  Then you can see if there's a double standard.🙄

When it comes to immigration and deporting illegals, there is a massive double standard. Obama deported more people than Trump but progressives didn't bat an eye. They were perfectly fine with it. It's not 'what', it's more about 'who' when it comes to criticizing politicians.

Please spare us the nonsense about a supposed coup.

Yup. This is true.

Libbies...you accuse us of being mindless "Trumpettes" and worse. What you should know is, very few conservatives love Trump. We love some of the hilarity sure but...it's the policies. You zombies are simply destructive. Everything you touch goes to sh1t. Doesn't produce benefit. Stoopid-ass, reactionary, expensive...sh1t. You need to be stopped...like 3 friggin' years ago.

Now...enjoy the election...and the one after that too.

Its so lonely in m'saddle since m'horse died.

Let's see the quote where Trump says "immigrant vermin poisoning the blood of our country", I must have missed that one.

And that money Harris raised "in 24 hours!!" was mostly money that had been held back by deep pocket Dem donors.  They refused to donate to the Biden campaign after his brain kept stalling during the debate on June 27.  Here's a link from Reuters that says they were holding back 90 million, so I guess Harris has some work to do if she's only raised 81 million so far.  If you are having trouble with that math, she's 9 million short.

You: He probably didn't say that.

Me: Of course he did

You: Okay, so what if he was recycling Hitler's talking points? What's the big deal?

The "supposed coup" lol.

I suppose this is you going on record to say that if Trump we're to win the election but Harris were to declare herself the winner and "certify" herself as the President Elect, you'd think that's A-Okay. Definitely not a coup. Lol
