I don't think it was 'biden's endorsement'. I don't think he likes her and I don't think he's excited about her taking 'his shot'. I think that this was a choice by the higher ups in the democratic party. If this turns into a fight, then it will do serious damage to the party. I think they want a smooth transition, she's got enough name recognition to at least have a shot at it, and she's got immediate access to the war chest which nobody else would. So i think he was told to endorse her. I don't think he was excited about that. I expect his wife and family members will soon be asked to be on the executive of some charity or the like for 10 million a year each or some such thing.
