I haven't seen it.

Which Democrat has shown a level of civility MH? They're consistently the most divisive and racist politicians in NA, by far.

They've all openly supported riots, many of them even incited rioting, including Barack and Michelle Obama. Biden endorsed the doxing of SCJ's and protests at their homes. The Dems never spoke out against severed-head effigies or open talk of assassinating the president. They even called for their supporters to harass and threaten members of the GOP and their associates, which they did.

Then after Scalise, etc got shot by a crazed cultist, they all pretended that they had nothing to do with it, then they characterize Republicans as 'divisive'.

Go ahead and name a Democrat who's more 'civil' than Don Jr....

It will be overturned. There are plenty of courts which have found it legitimate. Cannon is an extreme outlier. LMAO

So now you are attacking a judge for standing up for the rule of law and the constitution?

You do know why she overturned it right and what the difference was in this case right? Before, the appointments were to people who were actual US Attorneys, in this case the attorney wasn't a US attorney. So in order for his appointment to be legal he would of had to of gone through the appointment process to become a US Attorney.

Read it and weep:

Attorneys general do have the power to appoint special counsels

Quote

Judge Aileen Cannon’s dismissal of Donald Trump’s classified documents case is unwarranted. A special counsel may be appointed by an acting attorney general, i.e., the head of the Department of Justice. Both the Constitution and existing congressional legislation authorizes the attorney general to do so.

The Appointments Clause of the U.S. Constitution (Article II, Section 2, Clause 2) empowers the president to nominate and appoint public officials with the advice and consent of the Senate. It specifically outlines that the president of the United States:

“shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the Supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments” (italics added for emphasis).

A special counsel is not designated as a principal officer of the United States under the Appointments Clause of the Constitution, which would require that he or she be appointed by the president and approved by the Senate. Rather, a special counsel is an inferior officer, who therefore may be appointed directly by the head of a department as provided by law, without Senate approval.

28 U.S.C. § 533 confirms this interpretation. This federal law states that the attorney general, who is the head of the Department of Justice, “may appoint officials —

(1) to detect and prosecute crimes against the United States; … [and]

(4) to conduct such other investigations regarding official matters under the control of the Department of Justice.”

Moreover, 28 CFR 600.1 specifically authorizes the attorney general to appoint a special counsel “when he or she determines that the criminal investigation of a person or matter is warranted.”

Judge Cannon’s strained interpretation of the Appointments Clause is an unwarranted shot across the bows of justice.

Weren't you the 'legal expert' who insisted that it was ABSOLUTELY THE LAW that trump be left off the ballots in several states? And didn't they not only rule that was unconstitutional but anti democratic?

Sounds like you DO need a law degree. You get it wrong all the time

MAGA Crowd Melts Down After Mike Pence Says Something Reasonable

Former Vice President Mike Pencemanaged to put Donald Trump’s most rabid followers in a tizzy on Monday after he made a social media post that was, well, reasonable.

In his post, Pence thanked President Joe Biden for making “the right decision” and “putting the interests of our Nation ahead of his own” by ending his presidential campaign.

He also said Biden’s departure from the campaign and the assassination attempt on Trump suggests that it’s time for “leaders in both parties to project calm and send a message of strength and resolve to America’s friends and enemies.”

For those who didn’t really follow poltics before 2016, Pence’s post harkens back to the type of reasonable “we’re all Americans” statement that politicians would make when their rivals made their exit from public life.

But this sort of statement declined after Trump was elected president and proceeded to ignore this and other accepted political norms (such as conceding an election after you lose or attending the inauguration of the person who beat you).

As might be expected, Pence’s reasonable statement caused some of Trump’s MAGA fans to have F-bomb-filled meltdowns over his graciously thanking Biden for his service to the country.

2 Albertans accused of threatening to kill Trudeau, Freeland, Singh

Men from Edmonton and Calgary are accused of threatening to kill some of Canada's top government leaders.

On May 10, Mounties were alerted about a threat to kill Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on the social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.

Mason John Baker, a 23-year-old Calgary resident, was charged on June 6 with uttering threats against a person contrary to section 264.1(1)(a) of the Criminal Code.

In a separate investigation, Mounties learned on June 7 that YouTube user Garry Belzevick, 67, allegedly posted threats to kill Trudeau, Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland, and New Democratic Party Leader Jagmeet Singh.

Belzevick, from Edmonton, was charged on June 13 with three counts of the same offence as Baker.

He could of registered that way to vote against Trump. Pennsylvania is a closed primary state so you have to be registered to a party to vote in the primary. Tons of Democrats did this in order to vote against Trump in the primary.

The majority of the political violence can be traced right back to Barack Obama.

Obama's lies about Trayvon Martin laid the foundation for all the political violence that followed.

Obama pretended to know that racism was the reason Trayvon was killed, but he wasn't there, so he had no clue. He was just lying.

Obama insinuated that this scenario couldn't have been avoided by Martin, but again, he had no way of knowing that.

Zimmerman actually sounded quite calm on the phone. Not angry, not hostile, not afraid, not combative... Yet mere seconds after his phone call, an extremely violent event took place.

Eyewitnesses said that Martin was on top of Zimmerman, beating him up, when Martin got shot.

Does that mesh with Obama's story at all?

It was Demi/CNN lies about M Brown and G Floyd that incited the riots and kept them going, and in both instances video which leant insight and clarity to those shootings were withheld by The Dems and or CNN. The Dems kept the beginning of the Floyd video under wraps, which showed officers calmly taking George into custody, and George yelling that he was unable to breathe when no one was touching him, and CNN wasn't showing the video of Brown's violent robbery while they were trying to portray him as a gentle giant.

The Dems and CNN et al (I don't know how late other American outlets were to show the Brown robbery video, so I'm only naming CNN in this part) absolutely lied, withheld video, and did everything that they could to incite violence. They did it when they knew the violence and burning was out of control, and they did it for years.
