I know how funny severed-head effigies are. I know that there was no justification for vaxing kids, forcing young adults to vax, the jabs don't prevent the spread of covid, and that people who are vaxed are still at risk from covid. I knew that the jabs were grievously injuring and even killing people. I knew that Joe was unfit to be president before the debate. I knew that there was inflation. I knew that the FBI was committing crimes before Clinesmith was even indicted, I just didn't know who the fall guy would be.

No, thinking specifically of Vance. The thing is, he was absolutely right in his assessment of Trump. But now he'll bend the knee and kiss the ring of a man he knows to be evil and awful just to further his own ambitions.

I started predicting a Trump victory a few years ago. The CARES act (stimulus payments) along with a slough of under the radar items tied in with unemployment insurance and grant funding created the high rates of inflation. Now, in all fairness. Trump would have done the same and then it would be Biden supporters crying about inflation.

Everyone should cry about inflation a bit. Inflation sucks. And everybody feels it, even if the vast majority don't understand why. In retrospect the 2nd round of COVID stimulus may have been heavier than needed. But perhaps not. It's hard to argue with the results. They managed to thread the needle to a soft landing and we recovered faster and are growing faster than pretty much every other advanced economy.

That's a very tough political message to deliver though. "Hey, this thing you're experiencing sucks, but if you were more educated you'd understand how much better it is than the alternative."  True, but a tough sell. No kid likes the medicine.

Jeebus. There is no point in talking to you. I literally addressed all of this. So we're back to square 1. You are trying to normalize something extraordinary by gaslighting us.

Democrats have minor policy disagreements and throw elbows. Republicans used to do the same. By contrast, every single one of Trumps primary opponents--as well as other party leaders--thought not that he just had the wrong policies, but that he was an awful person, fundamentally and completely unfit for office. That's not a policy disagreement. You shouldn't be able to reconcile that POV. Turns out the Republican voters have even less concern with character than their politicians, so Graham and McConnell and Rubio and Cruz--and everyone else who had correctly assessed Trump's fitness--swallowed their dignity and became sycophants. And now Vance is on the list. Vance wasn't wrong about Trump, but he's willing to say he was wrong if it'll help him get ahead.

Those aren't leaders. A leader would ask the people to be better than they are. A leader would inspire, leading by example. They're just ambitious bootlickers willing to sign on if they think it will help them clamber up the ladder while the party races to the bottom.

And TBH, I wouldn't be bothered with the argument that spending on infrastructure and covid relief were terrible things.

What was terrible was lying and pretending that there never was any inflation, when he (or at least his handlers) absolutely knew that there was inflation, as well as why. Equally terrible was the MSM letting him get away with it.

A forthright person in Joe's position would have said: "If we create all this money on to spend it on infrastructure, it will drive down the price of the dollar (create inflation)".

A less forthright, but still mainly honest person would say: "People wanted this money to be spent, and this is what happens when you print trillions of dollars. It's inflation."

But Biden went with: 1. "There's no inflation", then he went to 2. "Putinflation", then 3. "transitory inflation" and the MSM never called him out on any of it. Now they all lie and pretend that 4. inflation was much less than it actually was, and they also let Joe get away with saying 5. "The inflation is because of corporate greed..."

It was like that movie The Bad Lieutenant, with Harvey Keitel, where the lies and problems keep piling up, only in this instance the MSM just makes all the problems magically disappear.

Ask any cultist f-tard if Joe lied about inflation they'll say "Nah, but it rained during trump's inauguration speech, then he lied about Russian collusion 20,000 times".

quick edit.. I guess its no different than the so-called Hipsters who claim to be so individual and then when they go to rallies or concerts.. they all wear exactly the same thing. I went to see a punk rock band named the Alkaline Trio and upon getting to the show.. noticed that 95% of the crowd was wearing the same Pabst blue ribbon t-shirt and all of the men wore their facial hair in the same way. It was kinda weird.

A flag is not hero worship... it does not represent one person ... analogy does not work. The thread is about who? Hmm... first word in the thread title should be your first clue. Second.. what is the topic? Again, lets read that thread title. So, the bandages are very much related to the thread. 

If I was a partisan type, I would go to to a rally and not need the extra decorations. My presence signals my intentions.. bandages are just silly. They are free to wear them and I am free to look at it on a screen and laugh.
