Hot lies and cowering to tyrants can solve no problems: but it can very well lead to way more serious ones. There are Republicans who have shown principles and integrity. Now it's time for the Democrats to show that they can think and take responsibility for the future of the country, and quite possibly, the free world. People of honesty; principle and integrity must come together and decide one question: can Joe put up a strong, no reservations, excuses and concessions campaign and win? If not, he needs to be replaced and quickly, before ruining it for him, his legacy and America. It's not about him, his ideas, legacy and memoirs. It's about America. This time, there's a difference. Being a president one is absolutely expected to get that. This should be about real, important matters and questions. It shouldn't be about faces and senile attics. How many Dem politicians ever said that the BLM riots were too violent, and urged restraint? None. How many of those same people, who sentenced their fellow Americans to suffer years of rioting from mid-2014 to Dec 2016 and then again in summer 2020, claimed to have PTSD after 3 hrs behind a wall of cops on J6? Pathetic. How many Dem politicians spoke out against vax mandates? How many Dem politicians spoke up for children when vax-pimps were targeting them? How many Dem politicians went along with Russian collusion, Jussie, condoned protests at SCJ's homes, failed to speak up when protesters were harassing GOP politicians in public, etc? How many Dem politicians spoke out against the assassination jokes, and severed head effigy? How many Dem politicians ignored the FBI's crimes? How many Dems are ignoring the fact that the Bidens made millions of dollars in partnership with the Chinese gov't's one belt one road group? How many Dems played along with the "healthy Joe" farce for the last 4 years? America was truly without a president this whole time. The country was run by 'teleprompter dude' and you guys just played along. Myata, the Dems are morally bankrupt and don't deserve a chance. Does the party have to redo the votes if he pulls his hat out? Not sure the party rules there. Usually there's debates before the primaries etc, people have a long time to decide. Biden being the presumptive nominee means those debates just haven't gone on. Maybe people who would have run didn't bother. It's July already. A nominee gets a lot of momentum for public support during the 1 to 1.5 years before the general election. A fast process isn't going to help the Democrats. His current term as POTUS is different than his candidacy for the 2024 election. If he steps down as POTUS before Jan yes Kamala become POTUS for this current term. I'm not sure if that makes her a candidate for 2024 election though, they seem like different things. I'm not a super expert but she's already registered as his running mate. And they do it that way as i understand it just in case something were to happen to a candidate before an election. When donating it' to the 'biden harris campaign' as i understand things so she has instant access to all the campaign funds as well, which would not be the case for a different candidate even if they somehow found a way to select one.
