My 2nd point, in bold, was in answer to my own question But if wealth is so great why isn't it up to the job. You addressed this by pointing out money is no impediment to immigration there, here or anywhere presumably - implying everyone has other reasons for turning refugees away.

Hence, my first point, it's a fair question still stands.
