This is not about your memories and old time stories. It's not the time for the memoirs just yet. It's not your fight to lose. So don't f@ck it up with pretenses of senile all-knowing wisdom. Get to work, Joe!

You forced yourself in this place that I'm not sure at all should have been yours so don't make a double now.

Talk about positive agenda, work that you will do that will benefit the citizens. Not your old funny stories keep those for your tea or whatever company.

Show the results that you will deliver and problems that you will solve. Stop gloating in every other word.

Stop echoing and rebroadcasting hot noise from the red hot air balloon. Focus on your agenda: constructive, factual and productive. This is about America Joe, it's future: not about your funny stories and granpa wisdoms.

You didn't have to be here, in this place and role. You chose and insisted on it: so don't f@ck it up now. Get down to work.

If it's you or them, the truth is equidistant

Please remind him to bring his cue cards, steel walker and lots of adrenaline needles. 5 months is a very long time for a decrepit old pervert to be on the campaign trail. ;)

I personally don't think Joe ever entered politics to serve the American public. I think he got into it purely for personal financial gain and by personal I mean him and his family.

Lol. If that's the case, he was REALLY bad at pursuing that mission for decades. Biden famously spent most of his career with very little money. He didn't start to command big speaking and book fees until he added VP to his resume.

You don't think that countries pay to access Joe?

House Oversight Chair James Comer’s staff report shows in detail that Hunter had extensive dealings with unsavory foreign actors. This yielded millions of dollars for Biden family members via a web of shell companies that would be hard to untangle without subpoena power. Why so much complexity?

The 36-page report shows Biden family members and business associates created nearly 20 separate entities shortly before and during Joe Biden’s Vice Presidency. The entities with obscure names—Hudson West III, Hudson West V, Owascu, JBB SR INC—transferred cash from foreign entities. Bank records show that more than $10 million was delivered to Biden family members, associates and companies from these foreign entities, and in curious ways.

Well I would certainly read a serious, objective and bipartisan study carefully. It would be a serious matter in a democracy. But the House politics are infamously partisan. Is it a real thing or more horseshit flying around? Until there's a confirmation of either impartiality (a legal process) or bipartisan agreement I'm not going to jump up. Someone said/wrote something not enough in this age. Twelve free citizens an entirely different story. If there's a problem surely at some point we will have the answers.

Not really. That's why Comer and the muckrakers come up empty. It's why they make innuendo without any evidence. It's why their star witnesses turn out to say everything on the up-and-up--and why they have to outright lie about it on FOX afterward. I DO think that a lot of people give the other Bidens business with the hope of influence though. Comes with the territory.

But returning to the original point, that kind of influence is a relatively new occurrence at the end of a very long career in public service, during most of which Biden led a very modest life. If he got into politics to get rich, he was clearly doing it wrong.

12 free citizens...in Manhattan. Not exactly friendly territory for Republicans.

Juries are not infallible, nor are judges. They are capable of doing something out of spite for a defendant.

OJ got off because that jury wanted to stick it to the white man.

Well, Trump is a native New Yorker and New Yorkers know Trump better than anyone. That's why they don't belong to his cult.

Picking Judges for their political views isn't bad enough.... they want jurors picked that way too, eh?
Justice for white billionaires should be different than for plain old peasants?

It still is. YOU can't afford to appeal every single ruling all the way to the Supreme Court.

No they are not. But it's a real instrument of a) objectivity and b) impartiality that works most of the time. And so it's better: by a loooong mile than partisan horseshit flying around look someone said something.

And the place is not chosen by some conspiracy: it is the place of the alleged infractions. One chooses the place: not some Man, with their deeds and actions. And has to explain them to the fellow citizens right where it happened - and why on the Moon?

There is a reason there is a request for change of venue. Like it or not this case has a political component and forcing the trial into the bluest district in the country who voted for Biden in almost dictator number already made the jury pool biased against the defendent. The simple fact the judge has donated to Democrats against the rules of the court and his daughter works for a company that does fundraising for only Democrats, should of been enough to recuse himself.

Also how does the same "acting" judge get 3 Trump related cases when it should of been random selection. Hell you can just watch the case and tell the judge favored the prosecution waaaaaaaay more than the defense, he limited what defense witnesses could say while allowing prosecution witnesses all the leeway in the world to say whatever they wanted without interruption.

The jury instructions were a joke of choose you own adventure, "Here are three predicate crimes that the defense was never informed of and had no chance to defend against and was never actually explained to the jury how it fits with what Trump did that would raise it to a felony and they didn't even have to agree on what predicate crime he intended to commit." He made it super easy for a biased jury to convict.

That is why most legal experts agree that the instructions alone is enough to overturn the verdict, not to mention all the other errors made by Merchan on top of that. Judges are supposed to be the referee not the guy on the prosecutions team.

The buzz crowd hopes to drown any rational discussion in the heaps of junk they throw in the air in the hope that some would stick. Establishing the objective truth is not one of their goals and never been. Absolute power that cannot be questioned or challenged by anyone is.

No point. Just don't feed it.

Sadly he's one of those "Ask not what you can do for your country, but what your country can do for you" politicians.
