The hard part is Trump didn't explicitly or really even implicitly "send" anyone to cause violence or vandalism.  He just riled up a mob and got them angry, and then they went off and did that stuff.

I don't know what exact charge they're most likely to get a guilty verdict on him.  He definitely lied and conned and tried to undermine the democratic process, and pressured the Georgia officlal, and also Pence to do illegal things.

When he told an armed mob to go to the Capitol and "fight like hell or you won't have a country anymore," to "stop the steal " that is clearly sending them to engage in violence.

And it was exactly what Trump wanted as is made clear by HIS FAILURE to do ANYTHING to stop it.

Much later HE PROVED he could have, by telling them to go home, and they OBEYED.

All those things combined make a very solid case that he did that ON PURPOSE.

Not to mention that he invited them on THAT DATE and told them, "will be wild."

If you parse all those actions individually, you might introduce doubt, but combined, there is no doubt about what his intentions were. And the mob knew what he wanted and complied.

1) Trump knew that his claims of election fraud were not true. He was told this over and over.

2) Trump invited the crowd to Washington and he coordinated with groups to change the dates of their protests from January 20 to January 6

He's dead to rights on a lot of these charges. For example in the Classified Documents indictment there's tape of the documents in his place. He's recorded saying he shouldn't have them etc.

Funny thing is... several of those election lawsuits went to the Supreme Court and his own appointees refused to overturn the election for him. BECAUSE TRUMP LOST, DUH!!!
