You didn’t take him to the cleaners, you got owned when I pointed out that the research is 27 years old.   That’s what happens when you read beyond the headlines. You actually learn.  You should try it sometime, dropout.

Did you go to school in NY too?

Well like everything else the Reichwing think chambers come up with those pesky chickens are coming home to roost again.

Education quality is poor at best and the majority of home schooled grads? are incapable of entering even state/SUNY colleges. No doubt a byproduct of mommy with only a GED (good enough diploma) educating her offspring while daddy teaches the important aspects of tractor maintenance on the weekends.

Not only are these children uneducated but they also lack the social skills of learning about what's needed to live in a society. They are easily dupped because they're incapable of judging character, after all mommy never stole their cookies at recess. And many are incapable of forming relationships with the opposite sex hence 40yr olds living single in mommys basement.

But there's always a silver lining, they'll never have a children's story read to them by a drag queen. ? Or have their heads blown off by a mass shooter ?

Ummm.....

https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/parenting-translator/202109/the-research-homeschooling

Homeschooled students tend to score higher on tests of academic skills when compared to children in public schools across most studies.

Homeschooled students tend to perform better than traditional schooled students in social skills and achievement

https://socialimpactscience.org/education/2021/08/06/homeschooled-students-tend-to-perform-better-than-traditional-schooled-students-in-social-skills-and-achievement/

Here are 8 statistics related to the performance quality of homeschooled students:

  1. Homeschool students are more likely to graduate college.
  2. A quarter of homeschool students skip a grade.
  3. Most homeschool students take part in outside activities.
  4. 50% of parents homeschool for safety reasons.
  5. Parent engagement is an indicator of student success.
  6. Homeschooled students score higher on academic tests.
  7. Homeschooled students score highly in social skills.
  8. Homeschooled students score better on emotional tests.

https://missionmomplex.com/do-homeschooled-students-perform-better-statistics/

      • The home-educated typically score 15 to 25 percentile points above public-school students on standardized academic achievement tests. (The public school average is roughly the 50th percentile; scores range from 1 to 99.) A 2015 study found Black homeschool students to be scoring 23 to 42 percentile points above Black public school students (Ray, 2015).
      • 78% of peer-reviewed studies on academic achievement show homeschool students perform statistically significantly better than those in institutional schools (Ray, 2017).
      • Homeschool students score above average on achievement tests regardless of their parents’ level of formal education or their family’s household income.
      • Whether homeschool parents were ever certified teachers is not related to their children’s academic achievement.
      • Degree of state control and regulation of homeschooling is not related to academic achievement.
      • Home-educated students typically score above average on the SAT and ACT tests that colleges consider for admissions.
      • Homeschool students are increasingly being actively recruited by colleges

After all that random word barf I'm surprised that you knew enough to spell 'schooling' with a ch instead of a k.

You obviously didn't get far in school though.

Buddy, I can tell from that one paragraph alone that you didn't even graduate HS. At least not in an English-speaking country anyways.

You're the last person on this site, aside from maybe Contrarian (not even Grammarly can fix his pidgin English), who should be calling other people uneducated.

OMG your posts are good for a laugh.

1) How did people who started home-schooling recently become 40 so quickly? You know that you're talking about people who graduated 22 years ago, right? (WTF was I thinking? Of course you don't know what 40-18 is...) Were RWers home-schooling their kids 20+ years ago to prevent them from being indoctrinated by woketards?

2) If you wanna act like you're in a position to mock others for their lack of intelligence/education, try throwing a few commas where they belong. It makes you look like less of an idjut.

Your own sentence proves that you didn't take education seriously.

Honest to God this is a horrible topic for you. You're like Oprah pontificating about health, fitness, self-control and diet ?

TBH I thought that home-schooling was more popular among leftards due to their ridiculous covid paranoia.

I thought you college dropouts didn't care about degrees.

I gotta admit that outta all the leftard trolls here, you clearly do have the best written English.

It's not like it works to your advantage though, it just means that you do a better job of proving how stupid you are.

Very unfortunate for the right. They hate public schools and can not afford private education so they homeschool. This will further perpetuate them to a lower standard of living already teetering on third world for many. With poor educational outcomes from being taught by your mother to the lower income without moms salary. Maybe this whole thing was engineered in left wing think tanks???

And maybe you're just full o' shit.

Its obvious that the public school systems have been failing for a long time now. Case in point; robo-bot claims to have 2 degrees. Its also obvious that you Libbies are focused on centralization of everything, including education. And while Libbies howl about homeschooling, I suspect their real gripe is with Charter schools, which outperform public schools by a wide margin.

Also sad because the only place charter/private schools outperform public is in red southern states. But charter schools in the south are only for a select few. Republican senators sons and daughters.
