No, but it's not like we expect you to be right about anything He's proposing to possibly raise it as much as 9 percent over 5 years. John Tory's strategy was to beg for money from the Feds and the Province as he refused to pass along sizeable property tax increases. I don't really understand how this is where Trudeau's government draws the line on wasteful spending, but I'm happy to see both levels of government finally telling them to fix their house.
