This is about national teams and how their players are paid. The women's team generates more revenue than the men's team. So the women have to share so the men can make more than them. That's fucked up logic for sure.

the men's teams generate more revenue than the women's teams

just because one women's team generates more than one men's team

and they happen to be of the same nationality

does not mean there is as much revenue in general

to pay that one women's team than there is to pay that one men's team

not a fan of revenue sharing myself

but that's why that is a thing

it's not some sexist conspiracy

it's a sports communism conspiracy

This is about national teams, not pro leagues. Are you saying the men's pro leagues pay national team members for the internationals they play and the revenues from those games go back to the pro leagues?

I am saying the other national men's teams generate more revenue

than the other national women's teams

the men's world cup generates far more revenue than the women's world cup

therefore the women world cup athletes don't get paid as much as the men's world cup athletes

you don't seem to understand that the national teams are paid based on the revenue generated by all the national teams

and not based on the revenue generated by individual national teams

it's called revenue sharing

and it doesn't only happen on the league level, but the international level as well

all of the male national teams generate far more revenue combined than all of the female national teams combined, at their respective World Cups and Olympics, and both are paid accordingly

it's a revenue sharing conspiracy 

not a sexist conspiracy
