Just remember, in the event of a confrontation, the adrenaline is going to be pumping, and its actually debilitating, it can make you flail.

Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.  You have more time than you think, don't rush it, that can cause mistakes which simply slow you down more.

In a close quarters situation, keep the gun tight to you, tight to your body, that way it can't be grabbed from you.

At point blank you can just fire from the hip, if you are going to extend over iron sights, wait until you have the shot,  only then extend the gun to a firing stance.

Remember to breathe, the breath is needed to keep the gun steady.   Breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, halfway out, fire.

Don't fire warning shots, don't shoot unless you are fully prepared to defend those actions in court, act as a Peace Officer, issue fair warning, wait to see what the assailant does.

Remember over penetration.  That's when the bullet goes through the guy or misses. You have to think about what is behind the target, don't shoot your neighbors by accident.

Don't put your finger on the trigger until the last moment, keep your trigger finger off the trigger and along the trigger guard until you have the target in your sights.

Be aggressive, don't cower, but it's controlled aggression, precise application of lethal force executed lawfully in occupation of property and defense of life.

It's all about repetition.  Go through the motions over and over until it becomes second nature.  Look good, feel good, shoot good.

Activity in all political discussion groups rises near and during elections. It always has. Regulars talk more. Those who are occasional members post more. And those who want to talk about politics join to do so. There's nothing suspicious about it.

Muslims do seem to  be given special treatment, no criticism of them doncha know.   This was a Pakistani Muslim mob who were allowed to protest at the same time as the  peaceful religious festival of  Diwali2019, didn't work out too well for the Hindus.    Whoever let that happen should be fired.

Searching for "Katie Hopkins Muslims spit-on" and various other related phrases fails to find any other source for this story.

However I did find out that Ms. Hopkins has lost at least 3 libel cases for publishing lies about people.   She's now declared bankruptcy, as a result of her last libel loss and losing two jobs due to her extreme statements and lies.  As she herself tweeted about people in debt, she has only herself to blame.  

Thinking MH is right on the "Russian Bot" theory for this poster.

I don't know what your talking about? The video is on YouTube and also part of Rise Canada, a group dedicated to saving Canadian Values. Has nothing to do with Russia. You and MH are paranoid.

Yes they are given special treatment. Here is some food for thought : Back 40 years ago in schools, do you remember the "hot dog lunch" forms? They would have you select how many hot dogs (or pizza) you wanted for your child, a bag of chips and a drink. For years this has not changed until Muslims arrived in Canada in larger numbers. Now we have added "Halal" to the form. All these years, all these different nationalities and people immigrating from all over. I get confused over simple things like this. 

And also allowing prayer time in public schools. Or the wearing of the Hijab in schools.

You know there is nothing wrong with being anti-Islam. Certainly know I am not the only Canadian that is. All I have to do is travel around my own community to see the changes....to see the Burka's, Hijab's, carpets in public parks with men praying, etc. It's right here. In the video there are many more (in London).

She was clearly there to be controversial - the police were escorting her away to avoid the controversy, with RUTLY (the Russian owned news service) was filming, and posted the video.
