The problem with that is voter rolls contain people who have passed away, moved, and changed names, etc. A judge in New Jersey just nullified an election in May due to mail-in voter fraud. Not only that, but a high percentage of mail in ballots don't get accepted because they're not completed properly. New York's mail in primary had a 20% ballot rejection and it took 6 weeks to certify the election because they're not set up for that much mail in ballots. Most states aren't. Advocating for a mail in general election is advocating for complete disaster. Multiple state lawsuits examining rejected mail in ballots, as well as some states not being able to count all their votes for weeks after the election. I get that people hate Trump and want him to lose, but you have to use your head as well.

Absentee ballots are great. Except if you're doing it because you don't want to deal with COVID-19 or the delays associated with it. Then you're contributing to fraud.

Exactly. The problem is that states don't clean up their voter rolls very often, and very well. Especially since doing so gets cries of voter suppression from the Democrats. So voter rolls contain many deceased peoples, people that have moved, people that have changed names, gotten married and are listed in both their maiden names and married names, etc. But the biggest obstacle to mail in voting is that most states aren't set up to handle that kind of volume yet. Perhaps 4 years from now, but not now. Anyone advocating for mostly mail in voting for this election is advocating from complete chaos, with weeks and weeks of counting, lawsuits, examining rejected ballots etc. Because mail in ballots have significantly higher rejection rates than in person ones. But all that doesn't matter because orange man bad! :lol:

The easiest ways to scam the system are 1) to do it by mail, 2) to do it without ID and 3) to allow illegal immigrants to register as voters. IE - The 3 things that the Democrats are in favour of.

Given the number of major scams that the Dems have been busted in over the past 3 years, their counter-intuitive plans for the future of voting are not likely good for anyone but the Dems.

That's BS. The Republicans are advocating for absentee balloting as well. You are allowed to apply for an absentee ballot if you're a registered voter. TRUMP DOES IT!

Trump is railing against universally sending absentee ballots to all registered voters whether they request them or not. Some states have successfully done that for awhile now. But it doesn't seem like the States that'll decide this election (Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania) do.

35 states don't require a reason because that would create a whole new level of discrimination.

A person can't get away from work on a Tuesday, so he asks for an Absentee Ballot? What's wrong with that? Especially considering the wait could be very long with reduced polling places.

Why should Trump get a ballot? He has the means to get to Florida for Election day?
