Frankly, I think that this is an outlier, the 1 rogue poll among 20.

But it's not high federal NDP numbers, or weird BQ numbers. It's higher CPC vs lower federal Lib.

Nevertheless, I go with 19/20 rogue.

This Tax Hike for businesses and the use of the term "Loopholes" for employee benefits, will not go away.

What does JT have left to offer now? He'll have to pray that Pot legalization is a success story, but if they ad a 10% tax the product may not be viable compared to black market weed.

The came in as a young instrument of change and within two years there are two younger leaders showing exposing him as old and out of touch.

After reading the article, I concur with Auguste that this is probably the 1/20 outlier, since it doesn't align with other polls.  BUT I wouldn't be surprised if the tide turned quickly against JT.  He came in as you say as a 'young instrument of change' and has simply stood at the podium reciting poetry reflecting his admirable modern morality.  Nobody can point at anything and say he has done this for us.

Watch for the BQ numbers.

As much as many (leftist/CBC) people hate Stephen Harper, he made Canada a peaceful place.

Justin Trudeau?  He is provoking/causing problems.

You raise a good point.  If marijuana is sold through stores, there is going to have to be a big markup to pay for the overhead costs of the business plus the provincial and federal governments taking their cut.  I can see how the black market could thrive because they don't use stores which are expensive to operate and they won't be paying taxes to the different levels of government.  Another useless scheme.

It would still be preferable because of quality control. I'll stick with my beer but back in the olden days, they made moonshine or white lightning for sale by the black market. While it is cheaper, you should not drink it.

By the way, when you have elections in Canada is it common that the candidates go around ringing people's doorbells and disturb them? In Britain that is most certainly the case and people complain about it.

I'm glad we in Finland don't have such nuisance. The campaigning is done mostly at public places. I guess disturbing people at their homes is against some law here. In fact, unlike some years ago, there haven't been any Jehowas witnesses or other religious loonies ringing the doorbell either, which is a good thing.

Absolutely. For municipal elections, it is essential. Provincial and Federal elections are heavily driven by media advertising, and inbred partisanship.

They still come to the door and do lots of telemarketing.
