Looking at Khadr's present day pictures and listening to his interviews, he seems pretty healthy to me. If he was sleep deprived it did not have a lasting effect on his well being. He's one up on the US soldier he killed. He's still alive and millions richer but the husband and father of two is dead.

If the Charter is to guarantee security of the person I would think that prosecution of murderers, terrorists and other criminals is one way to ensure said security..
