The mental gymnastics required to be a Trump supporter must be exhausting.

"I don't find Hillary trustworthy! That's why I'm supporting the biggest liar in America!"

"The Clinton Foundation is pretty sketchy! I'm supporting the guy who uses his registered charity as a personal slush-fund!"

"Hillary has had shady business! That's why I'm supporting the biggest scam-artist in America!"

"Hillary was mean to those women. That's why I'm supporting the legendary philanderer and misogynist!"

-k

Why not?

We already know how Hillary operate - she's been in power for how long now? Only a fool will go for her after seeing

her performance.

Unless someone is so naive, we all know smear tactics are common in politics. All the things they say about Hillary are no longer mere smears - they're mostly true! Wheras all we hear about Trump are just that - hearsays!

So why not give him a try? If he's worse than Hillary, he can be denied a second term.

If you want to make excuses for adultery, that's between you and your faith. Hillary never cheated on her husband, as far as we know. Trump has a long history of being a philanderer. If that's who you support, that's fine. Jesus did hang out with prostitutes and sinners most of the time. So your charitable pity for Trump is admirable.

Ha-ha-ha-ha......raising the Christian card!

....and quite ignorantly so, since you obviously missed the point (again).

Yeah. Stupid me. I missed the point, even though you edited your post after I made mine so you could say "it's not about the adultery."

Anyway, you're right, it's not about Christianity. You're right about that. It's about a person's ethics and values. Trump has shown repeatedly that he's a scumbag. The examples are countless. But it's hilarious watching you dismiss his own personal adultery while bringing up Hillary having been the victim of a cheating husband, as if there's any kind of intelligent or even coherent point to be made there.

You start a thread about liberals having a mental disorder......

You're still missing the point. :)

Actually, it's the other way around. Trump's cruelty to his wife during his first divorce was recorded for posterity and you can see the first generation source. That isn't hearsay. Whether or not he was president then is irrelevant. He showed his character and there is no evidence whatsoever that his character has changed.

I first became aware of Donald Trump when he chose to make cheating on his first wife front-page news. Donald and Ivana Trump broke up over the course of months. Not that divorce is shocking, mind you. Among the glitterati marriage seems more unusual. Nor is infidelity exactly novel.

But it requires a particular breed of lowlife to advertise the sexual superiority of one’s mistress over the mother of one’s children. That was Trump’s style. He leaked stories to the New York tabloids about Ivana’s breast implants—they didn’t feel right. Marla Maples, by contrast, suited him better. She, proving her suitability for the man she was eager to steal from his family, told the papers that her encounters with the mogul were “the best sex I’ve ever had.” It wasn’t just Donald Trump’s betrayal that caught my eye, nor just the tawdriness—it was the cruelty.

The senseless cruelty of Donald Trump

How did your queen Hillary treat slick Willy's mistresses? Argus, go easy on the hypocrisy. I know you're canadian and all, but at least try, buddy.

Geez, they're both scumbags. You realize that, don't you?

Trump is no worse than hillary, sir, so why do you hold Clinton on a pedestal?

He's much worse. If you want to play transgression poker, you'll lose your shirt.

Your heroes, the Clintons, admired the Donald when he gave them money. He wasn't a racist then, was he? $$$$ talks.

I'd take a racist's money too. But I wouldn't call them my heroes, and that wouldn't be relevant to the conversation even if they were.

Trump cheats on his wife. Hillary was cheated on by her husband. I'm not sure where you find some sort of equivalency between the candidates' values there but it takes a huge suspension of reason, considering one was cheated on and the other was not only the cheater but incredibly cruel about it. I've also never heard Hillary say Sharia Law is great for its divorce provisions.

That is your opinion, and that's all.

And you are unwilling to try to prove my opinion wrong because you know you'd lose.

Why would Ben Carson or Allen West support a racist? Why does Mexico want to keep Hondurans and El Salvadorians out of their country? Clinton like Donald's money. They loved him for it. That's what crooked people do. Typical politicians.

I don't place Hillary on a pedestal. I'm aware that she has her flaws.

I feel that both candidates are bad, and it's a case of the lesser of two evils.

I recently heard someone compare it to "choosing between a heart attack and a stroke", but I'd compare it to more like choosing between a migraine and a massive brain aneurysm.

Hillary is a flawed but competent politician. Trump is a gigantic joke, a narcissistic clown, a carnie, a buffoon, a Gong Show reject, a guy who has been in the public eye for decades and proven every step of the way what an utterly despicable individual he is.

With Hillary we get more of the same, which isn't great but isn't bad. With Trump we get a trainwreck that could throw the United States into economic and social chaos and drag Canada along with it.

Carson is bughouse loco and West is so dense that if you hit him over the head with a 2x4 on Tuesday he'd say "ow!" on Friday. Allen West is one of the few people in American politics who would be a worse candidate for POTUS than Trump!

Hillary and Bill are indeed a couple, really! :)

You're criticizing her because she considers her wedding vows sacred, for richer or poorer, till death do they part? Really?

What opinion? Your opinion formed by a 30 second CNN sound byte? That opinion? LOL

I'm trying to bring substance to the conversation, but you refuse to go into detail on anything because you either don't know enough or you know enough and therefore don't want to say.

What makes you think Hillary is competent? What has she done to display confidence besides protecting herself from sniper fire in Bosnia?

But you comment says it all; we get more of the same. Whether it's Clinton or Jeb, you will/would have gotten more of the same. The same is what is destroying the lives of many Americans.

Canada is a Mickey Mouse country and very few important people give a rat's ass about canada. So don't worry about your little country. America is already in economic chaos. It's simply a shell game, much like Canada.

Clinton equals more of the same damage.
