I have always found it weird that people get jingoistic about this company. It's not US Steel, it's DONUTS. In any case, I feel like TH botched the news on this somehow. From what I gather about this deal it was a fake tax inversion deal so this Oakville Office is now BK's head office to avoid US corporate taxes. So there guys will be moving up here or something. I know there are connoisseur's that think it's swill but those drive thru line ups every morning don't lie. Timmies is extraordinarily successful in Canada and it's not cuz of the parbaked donuts.
