The fact that Glenn Beck irritates/bothers/frightens you guys on the left makes me enjoy watching his program all the more. Offhand,I'm trying to think of someone on any of the other left wing networks that irritates/bothers/frightens me as Beck does to you.I even watch MSNBC sometimes,and I can't believe how this network is almost the polar opposite of FOX.Non critical of the Obama administration for anything,critical of the Republicans,even though they are not the one's running the country.But...I still watch them sometimes.A different viewpoint does not make me angry or afraid.In dictatorships,differences of opinion are not tolerated,something that clearly has similarities with the "progressive" mindset. Lou Dobbs is off the air,who else do you want?Speak up,tell everyone who they should not listen to.....

The cost of hosting these mostly useless summits is indeed outrageous.And the protesters,who will of course use violence to make their point(whatever it is)are by and large,left wingers.No Tea Party types here.

Strange how there wasn't this much outrage when the North Koreans attack and sink a South Korean ship with more lives lost.Where is the outrage about the Somalian pirate activity which has been going on for years now? Apparently it's not the action itself,but rather WHO are the people doing it.

Based on what I have seen and read so far,quite frankly I don't have an ounce of sympathy for any of the people on this so called "aid flotilla".This group was clearly aiming for a confrontation from the start,and they got one. There is a clear reason for the blockade,to stop the arms shipments into Gaza.If the blockade is lifted,massive amounts of weapons will flow into the hands of Hamas. The more weapons that go into Gaza,the more violence,more dead people.

So why do these people do an end run around organizations like the Red Cross to name one?This question is posed by the Israeli government.Is it because they know the Red Cross would never smuggle in arms?The weapons are getting in somewhere,tunnels being one source.

Still waiting here for specific examples of Beck being shown to be incorrect.C'mon,nobody is right all of the time! Are there comparable shows to Beck's that do find favour with the left?How about Hardball with Chris Matthews?I watch it sometimes but it's pretty lame.Isn't he the guy that felt "a tingle running up his leg" during Obama's inauguration?

Glenn Beck has an awful lot of critics to be sure and he endures personal attacks as well.Is there an abundance of evidence to show that much of what he says is false?Are his claims continually being refuted?Can the Beck haters give some specific examples of Beck being wrong on some issue?He can't be wrong all the time can he? Seems to me there is outright contempt for anyone that does not believe the sun shines out of Obama's behind and who does not worship the ground he walks on.

Since there is a rather large and rapidly growing Muslim population in North America,I was wondering what you think of their views on gay marriage?Would you direct any of your criticism towards that group or do they get a pass,unlike the Catholics for example?

I agree,the Harper government spends too much.However,the Chretien government was very over rated in my opinion.They were no fiscal geniuses,all they did was pass on the cost's to the provinces.It's the same taxpayer that keeps getting screwed here.We need all governments to be fiscally responsible and that's just not the case. Trudeau is the most revered of all Liberals,but a failure with financial matters.

I'm afraid I need some help here.I only have dial up internet which is iffy at best so I can't see the videos you posted.What,specifically,are the things that Glenn Beck lied about?Are there a couple of things he got wrong?Does he get everything wrong?Was he right about anything? He was one of the first one's to mention Obama appointing a man(Van Jones,since resigned)as his "green jobs czar".Beck claimed Jones was and is a Communist,a serious accusation to say the least.Was he wrong about that?Apparently not. Beck's program in the past week talked about the connections of the people around Obama and their past quotes and so on.Canadian Maurice Strong being one of the subjects.According to Beck,some of these people have made some disconcerting statements in the past.Some of these statements are backed up with audio/video proof. I can't honestly say everything that comes from Glenn Beck is the absolute truth.But can you fairly say everything he says is false? I like his show,as well as The Factor with Bill O'Reilly.I don't know what Beck's rating are like,but O'Reilly seems to be trouncing his competitors.

There is a lot of venom directed towards Glenn Beck from the left.I admit I enjoy his program but it comes on at the same time as Top Gear on BBC Canada so I am forced to switch back and forth .I have to wonder,while there is a lot of criticism about Beck, none of his critics are actually refuting what he is saying.Is it because his critics can't refute his claims?

The major US networks certainly seem to be covering this story in different ways.Once again,FOX stands alone.Apparently,police DO NOT have the authority to randomly stop people and demand to see identification.They can only ask for ID if they have caught and detained someone for some sort of violation.Kind of a big thing for the critics to omit isn't it?This law doesn't sound unreasonable to me.

To date,I haven't seen much from Obama to indicate that he is NOT socialist.During the course of his life,he seems to have surrounded himself with the radical leftist types(in his own words,no less). Out of control spending,hurts everyone in the long term.

I suggest turning Sheila Fraser loose on the whole government and give her more authority.It doesn't seem to matter what party is in power,there is an enormous amount of waste and corruption within the government. We wouldn't be in this mess now if there were any leaders,past or present, with enough backbone to make tough,correct decisions regarding spending priorities.It's called "living within our means".

My sympathy for the victims is somewhat tempered by how the Russians deal with other Muslim countries,Iran comes to mind.Here they are,handing over nuclear technology to a barbaric regime without any concern whatsoever for the consequences.Be careful when dealing with fanatics like this.
