They share a border with Egypt. The Egyptians rightfully don't want them because they know full well Hamas will only cause trouble to put it very mildly. Why no criticism of Egypt about this? Is it because Israel is the preferred scapegoat among progressives?

I wonder what the ratio of moderates to murderous fanatics is in Gaza? Doesn't seem like there are too many moderates over there.

Biden Gains Multinational Support for Israel
ironstone replied to Rebound's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Civilians...not terrorists? You have GOT to be kidding!! Sad thing is, you aren't. -
If You Don't Want Blame For Appeasing Hamas, Stop Doing It (thefederalist.com) There will be much more to say on the heart-wrenching massacre in Israel, the worst attack on Jewish civilians since the Holocaust and one of the most heinous acts of terror in decades. Right now, though, many on the left seem upset that conservatives are pointing out that the last two Democratic administrations have appeased and funded the terror states responsible for the attack that has killed hundreds, if not thousands, of Israelis and at least four nine Americans. There is, most obviously, Joe Biden’s recent $6 billion gift to the mullahs. “Not a single cent from these funds has been spent, and when it is spent, it can only be spent on things like food and medicine for the Iranian people,” a White House National Security Council spokeswoman said. This pathetic and pedantic deflection was repeated endlessly by the president’s defenders. Even a child understands the concept of fungibility. It is true that Hamas didn’t spend that exact funding on their terror proxies. Islamic fascists, like everyone else, make fiscal plans with an eye on future earnings and spending. And the hostage-taking business happens to be booming.

All of Israel? Would that satisfy the bloodlust?

Should Hamas support rallies in Canada be stopped?
ironstone replied to blackbird's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
If they are peaceful, let them do their thing. But the media should also cover them front and centre and show the rest of Canada just what kind of scum they really are. -
The IDF always seem to take extraordinary measures to avoid civilian casualties in Gaza. However, what is to be done with the usual Hamas tactic of using their own citizens as human shields? We know they hide launch sites in schools and hospitals and the like. It's unbelievably disgusting that people the world over are celebrating the butchery of Hamas. In Western democracies no less. Ontario needs to invest in EVs as a realistic Option.

You won't like the source, it's Scotty Kilmer? He claims it will be starting in Oregon and Utah, and soon likely in more states. It boils down to what constitutes evidence. Specifically, what constitutes evidence when it comes to the Biden family business. In your world, it's clear that NOTHING can possibly be considered evidence. Not the laptop. Not the emails from said laptop. Not the numerous shell accounts associated with the Biden's. Not Joe's lying about ever meeting with Hunter's business partners. Not Joe's use of pseudonym emails(which he won't release). Not the curiously high wealth of Biden family members despite not having real business experience.
-
There is a distinction between evidence and proof. Contrary to what you are saying, there is a fair bit of evidence that points to shady behavior with the Biden family. Trial outcomes are decided one way or the other all the time on the evidence presented, even if there is no proof shown. You have simply chosen to ignore all evidence regarding the Biden family business.

For every person saying Shokin getting fired did not serve Burisma's interest, there is another saying the opposite. So the matter is highly debatable at the very least. The fact that Hunter keeps on getting huge sums of money from foreign interests is a strong indication that he is giving them something for their "investments".

Are you saying the links I posted from the NY Post are false? Hunter did not sell his "art" for $1.3 million? And that buyer did not get a plum government position? Both of these stories are also on other sites. Democratic Donor Appointed to Commission Buys Hunter Biden’s Artwork for $1.3 Million: Report (msn.com) A Mystery Buyer Paid $875,000 for 11 Hunter Biden Paintings (businessinsider.com) Just because you do not like the source you cannot suggest that anything and everything they write that is unflattering to the Democrats must be false.

In some US states EV's are now required to be tracked by GPS in order to tax the vehicle on a per mile basis. It will likely be here soon as well. -
Crack and hookers are probably pretty expensive. As for his "art': https://nypost.com/2023/07/24/hunter-biden-sold-1-3m-in-art-and-buyers-include-dads-appointee/ Hunter sold art to Biden donor who was given an impressive commission appointment – HotAir So can you explain how someone can buy "art" from private citizen Hunter Biden magically ends up with a plum government appointment?
