I believe there was two. They could ask him if he had a majority if he would bring in the death penalty, make abortion illegal, eat babies, etc. Then we could put Chretien on the stand and ask him about sponsorship.

Harper: Canada never so united since 1967

Did you hope the Liberals would keep stealing your money? -
http://www.nicaso.com/pages/doc_page180.html And yes he was also named by an FBI informant.
-
Um, the Liberal Party was guilty of organized crime. Secondly, you really need to read up on Gagliano.
-
So you must now believe more than ever that Mulroney was a true visionary for implementing the GST in the first place and Chretien was a fool for promising to scrap it.
-
It's hard to believe those that are so concerned about organized crime actually voted to re-elect the party that was guilty of it.

So what if one of them does? Should it receive government funding or should the government be able to say, "No."? Do you as a taxpayer have a problem with this kind of film receiving taxpayer money? If this film came out, I find it hard to imagine the opposition wouldn't be screaming "hidden agenda!"

Depends if the customer will pay or not. Since Canadians are conditioned to paying more, why wouldn't car companies charge more.
-
I guess you could look at the auto industry and ask yourself why Canadian and US prices aren't the same.
-
That assumes companies will only raise their prices enough to cover the increased tax they pay. And they will lower prices as their taxation lowers. Dream on.

Dion's "Liberal Green Shift" carbon tax Plan

Canadians will be paying more for everything. Take daycare for example. A daycare will have to recover for the increased cost of electricity, heating and food. Their staff, who are not well paid to begin with, will no doubt find it more difficult to make ends meet and likely demand more money, which will further raise the cost of daycare. This might create needed spaces though, as no one will be able to afford it. So it's like two plans in one. -
My God, 14% less protein in a potato?!! That means insead of eating 80 potatoes a day to meet my protein requirements, I'll have to eat 14% more!

Dion's "Liberal Green Shift" carbon tax Plan

What country do you live in again? If it's Canada, you might want to champion cleaner technologies for the fossil fuel industry instead of championing the replacement of the industry. Though vilianized, it is the hand that feeds health care and all those other social progams you need and/or support. -
It has nothing to do with censorship, it has to do with sponsorship and common sense. There are some things the government shouldn't put their name on like a film how the Holocaust was a lie. What would that do to Canada's reputation abroad? How would you feel about your country supporting such a film?

Wow, when was the last time the Conservatives got a headline that positive from the CBC? -
If I have to choose between a hummer and a dike, I'll take the hummer every time.

Energy companies are going to just pass on the cost to consumers by raising their prices. Their rate increase will be based not only on the cost of the tax, but any cost of adaption. Anyway, does anyone acutally believe energy companies will lower their rates in future years, regardless if they lower their emission and lower their amount of tax paid? -
Intelligent people 'less likely to believe in God'

Who created this God? -
Since the gun registry cost over 10 times what the Liberals estimated, you might consider taking that with a grain or ten of salt.

I'm wondering if she ever dated Alfonso Gagliano.

As someone pointed out, First Nations are a multicultural society. Some never have wanted to be part of Canada and likely never will. They didn't want to be British subject either. The Six Nations actually rejected the offer of a deed for the Haldimand tract because conditions were attached that they would have to become subjects. Therefore the King never granted them a deed.

HURRY! THERE'S NO TIME FOR DEBATE!

Just because you're not able to understand doesn't mean others are not able. The first question you need to ask yourself is "are we experiencing unprecedented warming?" as we were initially told. The answer is no. Then maybe ask yourself why the 'experts' didn't correct Gore's misleading claim regarding the relationship between a rise in CO2 and warming? The science you really need to understand is human behavior. The IPCC's mandate and existence is based on supporting the role of human induced global warming. Are they likely to put themselves out of work? Are those who've dedicated their careers to researching man-made global warming going to be reluctant to acknowledge the position that their life work has been a waste of time? Yes. No one likes to look stupid or feel embarrassed especially when the entire world is watching.

I provided you with evidence that you do ignore expert opinion that is against your liking. You choose to ignore it because it's against your liking. You can lead a horse to water.
