It's because the FBI doesn't have hard evidence against him. It was news two years ago. -

You can also do the same thing with Santa. Only change "presence" to "presents" and "hell" to "Walmart." -
I wonder if anyone peed "F U IPCC" in the snow in Waterton yesterday.

Bernier resigned. Cote was fired. Is that not accountability? Considering Gagliano's timely appointment to Ambassador to Denmark, I'd say we've come a long way in the accountabiltiy department.

The problem with your thinking is that you don't seem to realize that climate in not a constant. There are many variables that affect climate so even before you add the unknown variable of CO2 into the equation, it is difficult to predict with accuracy.

So there's no difference between white and wong?

You forgot "But" How about an investigation into government employees Gagliano had a hand in hiring. Would you support that?
-
Hey, that works just as well as "But the Liberals."

Actually that commercial is all about empathizing with other cultures. As DM will likely tell you, "going to work" is part of white culture, not the native culture. So there is no real slur. It's a statement of profound understanding. Maybe even a joke. So lighten up.

http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/sarcasm I'd sure like to know the reason for the change. Maybe he got a character reference. He was a honest man and great Canadian citizen after all. Well if they cleared Gagliano to be a minister with his background, why even bother to look at Coulliard as a travelling companion? As it turns out they were right to be concerned. Chretien knew of the concerns and he still put Gagliano in cabinet. Do you think he was corrupt or incompetent?
-
The "I am a native when I miss a day of work" scene must have been left on the cutting room floor.
-
Gagliano was cleared on a second report, indicating he wasn't cleared on the first report. I guess somewhere between the two reports there was an amendment to security guidelines to deem a 20-year relationship with a mafia figure as no big deal or someone decided "What's a few mafia members..." http://gangstersinc.tripod.com/PupAgrigento.html http://www2.parl.gc.ca/HousePublications/P...rl=37&Ses=1 Also from the first link: Good way to infiltrate the government, I'd say. So, are you trying to tell me Gagliano was not a security threat, it was only a smear? And Coulliard is a security threat for who she dated and it is not smear? Did the Liberanos get to you?

Malkin does have to switch on. It's almost like the Russian mob got to him. Either that, or Nick Fotiu put his sweater on. Gonchar has to be healthy as well.

The Great Quebec/Ontario Carbon Tax Revolution

Really? All scientists should question global warming. -
I agree. Just hand it over to the RCMP.

The Liberals were friendly with criminals too: themselves. (insert "but the Liberals") I guess if they knew about her background they likely wouldn't have considered it. Liberals did know about Gagliano's mafia connections before they put him into cabinet, which to me is a bit odd. Were you concerned then? If the mafia and wanted to infiltrate government, wouldn't infiltrating the Liberal Party be a great way in? There was plenty of evidence of organized crime, money in envelopes, people worried to testify, etc. Maybe Harper should call in the RCMP to investigate the Liberal Party for the security of Canada. How about it? (what's the hot key for "But the Liberals"?)
-
Acutally, I look at things issue by issue. I'll never be loyal to a political party or wait for a party's position to determine my views. Strange concept, eh? I do value problem-solving and I'm anti-corruption so the Liberal Party really isn't in my good books these days. But that's well deserved.

The carbon tax enables the Liberals to talk about policy rather than have the focus on their record. Most Canadians aren't smart enough to tell good policy from bad. For example, there are still some on here who think the long gun registry was a good idea. The Liberals are now promoting the team, so if they do lose, don't count on Ray or Iggy to be the next Liberal leader. It will more likely be Manley or McKenna, who were wise enough not to run last time.
