REALITY: Somebody was banned for deleting ALL of his posts and the banning stopped that trolling.
You started VERY wrong and I have no patience for folks who misrepresent moderator interventions.

Forgive me but I am a little behind the times.
I am not familiar with the modern use of telephones to send letters. I can not imagine how that could possibly work without a hitch.
