  1. You know, @robosmith makes a lot of inaccurate statements and then lashes out at people for correcting him. It's a great example of how the left works. Granted, most aren't this obtuse, but they still do it.
  2. Your assumptions of facts was wrong so your thesis is inaccurate.
  3. Okay. Let's say you arrest a celebrity that talked about that time they were high at a party on a talk show. How do you prove it? The celebrity can say theynwere performing a bit. Then what do you have? A statement on a staged TV show and no hard evidence. No, they arent arresting anyone for that. Now, take that same celebrity that killed someone in a DUI accident and they say, under oath or while being interrogated, they had done drug xyz right before the accident. Yes, they can be arrested for the drug use and any charges from the accident. If Gaetz was using illicit drugs while committing statutory rape, ues he would have been arrested.
  4. He did what on his kruger? Did you mispell Kroger? I had a Dunning Kruger once, it didn't shoot very straight.
  5. Bullshit. I posted the law right there. There might be areas that don't prosecute the crime of consuming illicit drugs, but it is a crime. That is called prosecutorial discretion. Saying we choose not to enforce the law is not the same as making it legal.
  6. How do you consume the drugs without possessing them? And yes, it is illegal to consume them. (d) “Illegal use of drugs” defined (1) In general  The term “illegal use of drugs” means the use of drugs, the possession or distribution of which is unlawful under the Controlled Substances Act [21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.]. Such term does not include the use of a drug taken under supervision by a licensed health care professional, or other uses authorized by the Controlled Substances Act or other provisions of Federal law. I didn't misrepresent anything and your evidence is all rumor and speculation. My evidence is hard evidence.
  7. This is from Chris Cillizza, a former CNN analyst. Do you get what he's saying here? He's saying he intentionally ignored the story because the WH told him to. He's making the excuse that he didn't want to be thought of as being insensitive. But he's telling you that he heard the WH message and that message was, don't look into it, so he didn't.
  8. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. We have enough aśsholes here. We don't need to import more.
  9. You can't prosecute someone for crimes that are in the past? So, what, you prosecute them for future crimes? Lmao...right. So canceled checks, sworn testimony, Joe Biden bragging about it, burner phones that bypassed the WH call center, fake loans, wire transfers, bank SARs and Hunter's laptop are all just circumstantial. But the dossier....oh the dossier and the rumors and the media reporting with anonymous sources and leaked allegations that all just sound so so juicy are real man!! They are all real!!!! Just as sure as there are Grey's from planet XQN1A visiting families in Phoenix, Trump is working with Putin!!!!!! Do you hear yourself yet? See @Deluge?! Do you see it now man!!! I don't need question marks, that's a statement!!!!!! Matt Gaetz is a bad man because Orange man bad and stuff!!!!! You idịot!!!
  10. Lmao and he did it to you, proving you correct. He must like you a lot to help you out like that.
  11. Nobody gets 100% of their nominees and Gaetz was lacking in tactics. Maybe Trump did it to dump Gaetz. Maybe not. Either way, the house won't have the same problems they had under Joe. Matt was a net negative during that time. Maybe McCarthy wasn't the right speaker, but what Matt did harmed our cause.
  12. So the same people that cried "there is no proof" of Joe Biden fleecing our enemies for cash while there were bank transfers, text chains, emails, videos, business partner testimony and so much more are now crying guilty when the DOJ investigated and declined to prosecute Matt Gaetz. But, the house ethics committee started a report under Pelosi and then McCarthy wouldn't stop it because Gaetz didn't vote for him, so that is gospel, true, undeniably Trump's fault.
  13. Ok. Whatever you say skippy.
  14. ...or....we make sure people know who they are.
  15. AOC: We need to ‘figure out how we rein in our media environment so that you can’t just spew disinformation’ We can't let up on these people. They want nothing less than full control. They can never have power again.
  16. Dont be a prịck, let the prịck be a prịck. It's how they identify. He's probably a female prịck.
  17. If you'll remember, it was Biden that chose not to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the interstate system. I assume it's because Dwight D Eisenhower was the POTUS that brought that about.
  18. But but...GUNS ARE BAD AND MIGRANTS ARE JUST LOOKONG FOR A BETTER LIFE! /LWNJ response
  19. Lmao....he breaks you guys so quickly and easily. It's quite amusing really. So he gets us better shipping fees and that upsets you. Why?
  20. Isnt this his journal? I wonder if the FBI has stopped by yet.
  21. Well, you support rapists. After all, they are innocent until proven guilty. But gun owners are guilty and should be punished.
  22. You are making my point. You only want to punish those that are not going to do harm rather than save lives. It's all about control.
  23. They do tornado and fire drills too. Should we make the buildings out of noncombustabke materials with no electricity or gas and all underground so they don't have that fear too? Kids process danger and the liklihood of danger very well and they fully understand the drills are just drills.
