The irony: While the quote "it's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled" is often attributed to Mark Twain, there's no evidence that the author actually wrote this phrase. So you were wrong to use the AI generated image of Mark Twain. But you were even more wrong to call it cognitive dissonance: The psychological tension that occurs when one holds mutually exclusive beliefs or attitudes and that often motivates people to modify their thoughts or behaviors in order to reduce the tension. What you should have used is psychological rigidity: In psychology, rigidity, or mental rigidity, refers to an obstinate inability to yield or a refusal to appreciate another person's viewpoint or emotions and the tendency to perseverate, which is the inability to change habits and modify concepts and attitudes once developed.[1][2] Cognitive dissonance is the tension created between what you believe you should do and what you actually do. Lying, for example. What the video talks about is the strength of the law of primacy and psychological or mental rigidity. For example, I learned that the brontosaurus is a large, plant eating dinosaur. It wasn't. It was a mistake. But I still list the brontosaurus as a dinosaur every time it comes up. I also know all about those special elements at the bottom of the periodic table that have since vanished because they were disproven. The law of primacy and mental rigidity can also apply to interpersonal relationships. Bill Cosby might be the perfect example. I know I loved the guy growing up. He was silly, funny, wholesome and just an absolute hero to so many. To be honest, I still haven't shed those feelings. I know he did some awful stuff, but it is hard to change an opinion of someone when it is completely opposite of your primary impression. My point is, you used Twain for a nonTwain quote and you used the wrong term for the psychological phenomenon discussed in the video. The question is, can you admit it?

Are you dumb enough to think they don't know if someone altered the data and what data was altered? Do you really believe that? On the stand, FBI agent Erika Jensen confirmed the authenticity of the laptop, along with evidence from Biden’s computer data and excerpts from a memoir he wrote about his addiction battles.

I'll just leave this between these two quotes.

Why don't you blame the people that are so sick and disgusting to take children's lives? Why do you blame an inanimate object? -

That's just incredibly sad. You actually like being a subject, unable to control your own life? We have the best record because we have the RIGHT to protect ourselves from criminals and the government. Stating that some have abused that right doesn't negated the fact that it is a right and our government can't touch it. -

It's your government. I'm just warning you that they are transitioning you from citizens to subjects. If you want to be a subject, do nothing. -
She's moved. She was initially against him say things like he didn't have the experience.

Pay for the things we need. Obama used the military like it was the Red Cross. Our military needs to be ready and home. Spend the money to have the military ready to fight on 3 fronts with all equipment in a state of readiness and our troops current at their position.

And? That should make this more concerning to you, not less. It says well-regulated. That means properly functioning. -

You need to learn from us. When the liberals start making excuses for taking away your rights, they intend to take away your rights. And they will do whatever it takes. If they find a way to suppress your speech, they can then make up anything they want and you can't say anything to stop them. We got lucky and a billionair bailed us out. What billionair will bail you out? It's not disinformation. It's information you don't like. -
You don't see how the democrats are manipulating you, do you? Running the country is the world's largest business. But you steadfastly supported a candidate that never ran anything of any size and was never praised for her ability to do anything. But you are saying the the guy that is a decorated military veteran and officee isn't qualified?
