All of your ideals and ideology is being rejected by America. Ninety percent of counties moved to the right in the last election. You are not consequential any more. You just aren't. Make all the accusations you want. Publish all the opinions you like. All that is doing is showing Americans that the left is for illegal immigration, for women being suppressed in sports, for waste, fraud and abuse in government. I'm going to shock the world. I agree with this ruling. At the heart of the ruling was contract law. We (the US government) signed a contract for work and that work was completed. We have to pay. I haven't seen the whole ruling, but I suspect it only pertains to contracts that are signed, active and not delinquent. If it goes beyond that, that would be a travesty.

That's probably a good idea. From what I can see, what Z did in the Trump press conference is not out of character for him. I do think he is out of his element, when it comes to international politics...and probably managing a country. Part of the problem may be (and I'm openly speculating here) the language barrior. You saw during the blow up, Z kept asking "What cards?" and "We aren't playing cards." I don't think he understood that metaphor. There may have been a couple of idiums Trump used that upset Z because he didn't understand the meaning. He's pretty good at English. I just don't think he understands all of the catch phrases we use.

Yep. Zelensky attacked Trump in public. I don't know why he thought that would be beneficial. He clearly realized, later, that what he did was a huge mistake. But he still didn't apologize. When he apologizes, he will get it all back. One of Tro's best qualities is his ability to forgive.
