Then there is good old supply and demand.. some places are just expensive due to high demand and low supply. Examples are San Francisco, Monterey CA, San Diego, San Juan Islands WA, etc.

the only reason that Trump lost was Covid. Well, covid is mostly done and over with. Second, he narrowly lost in some states; Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. It stands to reason that he could flip the script in those 4 and therefore win. Biden is about as inspiring and charismatic as the Clear Eyes guy (from the commercials).

Taylor Swift is the daughter of a record executive so she knew the game well before entering. A lot of what she is doing akin to professional athletes having free agency and negotiating their own contracts. We lament the good old days but the musicians frequently were getting screwed.. hence why put out so many albums. There are so many layers to the swift puzzle.. things that artists in the past simply did not have access to or did not do. As for Shania Twain.. she did write some of the lyrics but not all. Her husband, Mutt Lange, co-wrote some of them.

Taylor Swift is a whole other beast. First, there is no middlemen in the merchandise. Second, she is basically a record executive and so has virtually unfettered creative control over the product. Due to her very savvy business acumen.. she gets greater revenues from streaming than almost anyone else. It is a matter of how she ties in youtube, pandora, spotify, and amazon music. Lastly.. she has taken the middle management at a record label completely out of the equation. She does not have an agent who writes the contract for her..

Taylor Swift is no more whiny than anyone else. A lot of male musicians have made a nice living whining and crying about how they can't get the girl. The reason that Taylor Swift intimidates them is that she has empowered herself like few other artists. Most artists are under the thumb of record executives.. not her.

Guess what.. the same ideas are found in civilizations that were not Judeo-Christian. How can that be? So in short.. no need to read the Bible in order to treat folks with respect.
