You are mistaken... I never said that I had a vast knowledge. My comments are about you and your zealousness which leads you to making assumptions without any actual knowledge. It is fascinating that you craft such passionate, adamant, long winded diatribes and you know that I do not care about the topic or even that you take your next breath... must like talking to yourself. -

You act like I care... not sure where I have posted that this topic means anything to me let alone your posting about it or even that you are breathing. -

A long winded way to say, "I do not know squat". If you were of any value as a human being.. you would own up to the fact that you have no actual evidence to back up your assertions about myself.. but that is too much to ask, I know. On the bright side.l. it is awesome that you do not work in my office. When we need information.. we get it from a database. No assumptions, no jumping to conclusions, or filling in the blanks. How many jobs were added in April? Below is the answer... you would go off the rails about how it is down due to communists or other sensationalized garbage Select * from dbo.ces where periodyear = '2022' and period in ('03','04') and area = '000000' and adjusted = '1' -
nothing but a game of chicken. To move all of the Disney facilities from FL to GA, CA, or LA (only states that I can think of that have the climate and water).. would be so astronomically expensive that they would go bankrupt. Therefore it is just people taking shots at each other from their side of the fence.

What is even better is the claim that I am brainwashed. Brainwashed but yet have nothing to say. Brainwashed infers that one has been fed information/misinformation long enough to where you do not know any different. I state that I know nothing and so then what misinformation am I espousing? -

you were not the subject of my post. Still, from years of engaging in this pointless activity.. the instant that I honestly state that I am no expert on a topic or do not know about a topic.. the wolves come out. This tells me that some really just want the conflict. No matter what is actually said by someone.. they need something to rail against. -
Discovered this band recently. They are from Moncton, NB

If there is one topic where the two sides are firmly entrenched and neither side will ever budge.. it is abortion. debating abortion with the expectation that the other will read your words and actually take them into consideration is like going to death valley, CA in August and thinking that screaming about the heat is going to cool it down.

I will admit that i know next to nothing about this topic hence why this is my first post and likely last on this topic. What is interesting is that the more honest one is... not knowing about something.. the angrier the responses. It is almost as if folks prefer being lied to than someone being bluntly honest. -
I do not know about Canada but one of the hidden costs involved (at least in NV and OR) is the cost of getting permits. The bureaucratic costs that are set upon the builder make the prospect of building low cost (and therefore low profit) homes somewhat unlikely. Second, with CA expats and their high cash flows willing to pay steep prices.. that prices out the locals.

As always, there is a lot of details left out of the OP. I do not support such a measure. School lunch is rather affordable for most. This gets skewed by outliers. Places like LA, SF, El Paso TX, Mobile AL, etc have a disproportionate gap between housing cost and wages in retail/restaurant and so they drive the narrative.

This is not proof. This is you having no explicit quotes. Now show some character and show EXPLICITLY how I came to my opinions about the vax? Only direct quotes from myself will be considered sufficient. Your usual brand of overzealous, biased, drama queen-esque reading between the lines is not proof of anything. -

Well then lets see some explicit quotes. No interpretations, inferring, or opinions. -

Case in point ^^^. This is an assumption. You have absolutely no idea what my understanding is on the topic. -
I find it strange that most modern folk celebrate/honor/take pride in their heritage. Most everybody is a mutt of english, french, german, italian, fill in the blank european, etc. This mixing... they had zero control over and so what is there to be proud of. You randomly are the offspring of a two parents that are a mix of a bunch of others...seems more like luck more than anything to be proud of.

Toronto named best place to live.
impartialobserver replied to guyser's topic in Local Politics in Canada
No.. It is somewhat of an impossibility to have the population density that makes one a "city" and not have traffic. Also, any place that is highly demanded.. is going to have an imbalance where demand exceeds supply and therefore price goes up relatively. This is not solely the problem of Toronto, NYC, Montreal, Boston..etc. This happens in the mid-size cities such as Boise, Reno, Spokane, Salt Lake City.
