New Submarines: Carney vs Poilievre
CdnFox replied to August1991's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
This is the exact very same assertion I started with. Precisely. I even gave examples of how the unverse being made in 6 days doesn't necessarily mean 6 24 hour periods. The word can be used to mean different things. Pretty much every serious bible expert including the pope. It is 100% a comprehension issue on your part. Nothing I've said is controversial and it's all very obvious. Human languages and imperfect thing at the best of times. At this point it's pretty obvious that you realize you've said something mind melting stupid. And you're sad attempts to try and backtrack and twist your way out of it just makes you look that much more of a twat. There is no motive here kid. I correctly responded to somebody who claimed that science and religion is incompatible by saying that science and religion is in fact not incompatible. Go play with your Lego. The adults are talking -

Yawn. Yes yes, you're very pretty. I'll put the picture you made on the fridge. Sorry kid the bible was not meant to be taken verbatum. Sorry about your comprehension issues. Say hi to your imaginary friend for me -

The issue is comprehension. Specifically your lack thereof. Kiddo this is a simple concept and you can't get your head around it. Honestly it's disappointing to watch. Nobody except you thinks that the bible should be able to be taken verbatim word for word. You got to be special stupid to think that The new emotional problems -
You're clearly petrified. You literally talked about how you dream about him and think about him constantly. I mean look at you, you go and search the internet for pictures of him wearing a diaper because you're so desperate to convince yourself he's not scary. You all but beg the cpc to dump him, where as if you REALLY believed he can't win you'd be begging them to keep him. Sounds like you're the one who needs diapers

New Submarines: Carney vs Poilievre
CdnFox replied to August1991's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Translation, you think your inability to comprehend something simple is my fault. All my responses have been substantial. Lying about it won't make your position any stronger I have explained with examples in extreme detail what I'm saying and I have posted where others from various churches hold the same views. Leaving you yourself had to admit that the bible is open to interpretation which means I'm right. My claim is not outlandish, it is not observed, it is universally accepted by sane people. You just managed to put a stick up your butt because you think someone's picking on your imaginary friend. But that's your delusion -
New Submarines: Carney vs Poilievre
CdnFox replied to August1991's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
I've explained how many times. If you can't grasp it the first three or four times you're not going to be able to wrap your head around it now. I think you've just gotten to the point where you're not listening and your ability to comprehend has gone down the toilet as a result The rest of your stuff is just nonsense. It's the same delusional crap over and over again This is simple. What I have claimed is that the bible cannot be taken verbatim. It is open to interpretation. Every single christian sect or group agrees with me. If this upsets you then I'm afraid that you don't need a priest you need a therapist. There's nothing more to say. Your arguments are laughable and just repetitive. Most of the time you make decent arguments but whenever you get shown up you wind up having these little weird freakouts -
I don't know if it would have been party suicide. Honestly they have nothing to lose and there's a very real chance they would have gained seats. But it wasn't the right time, they really need to wait for a permanent leader in Canada doesn't want an election right now. So I think they will be forgiven by the masses for not triggering an election. I think that was their one and only "free shot" though. Yeah, that guy pretty much lives in your head doesn't he?

Conservative MP Matt Jeneroux resigns
CdnFox replied to BeaverFever's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
So basically your entire post is that your buthurt and you wish I was wrong but realize that I'm not so you're going to try and pretend I said something different. What I said was he's still against the budget. And I said he's not retiring till spring so he'll still be here to vote for it or against it or whatever he wants. You had suggested that him stepping down was because of the budget which Was just proven to be wrong And no, he can be against the budget but also be against sending Canadians to the polls. He was for it he would have voted for it there's nothing at all stopping him. If he's against it But doesn't want to see an election and he's the only conservative who can abstain with no consequence. If he hadn't shown up to vote at all you might have had a point. But he deliberately showed up and voted to abstain rather than to support the budget. wah wah whaaaaaah you lose and I have never ever ever not known that there were two other votes. That is a complete fiction that you're making up in your teeny tiny little mind. That was where you were trying to pretend that the conservatives vote against the block motions and the block votes against the conservative motions and the budget passes. I pointed out that that is not how it can happen and at the end of the day the government only needs one party to agree with it. Somehow you twisted that into meaning that first and second reading were the same thing as the final vote. Some days you have good days, some days you have bad days. This isn't one of your good days You were wrong, him stepping down wasn't because of the budget as we have just seen today. -
Conservative MP Matt Jeneroux resigns
CdnFox replied to BeaverFever's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
LOL ummm if it passed by two then it proved me right. He was there and could have voted against it if necessary, didn't because it wasn't Or were you asking yourself that question Ahhh no, he's still against the budget. he abstained, he didn't vote for it ';) The cpc wanted to dadge an election, job managed, but if he was for the budget he would have voted.... for the budget LOLOL kid you never pass up a chance to look stupid -
LOL you are so gullable 😛 You realize that's a fake right? Maybe the claim that alberta is voting liberal might have tipped you off? LOLOLOL Here's the real numbers kiddo LOL how stupid do you hare to be to think that Alberta is voting liberal now? LOLOLOL well he's interim. He's not great at the leadership job and i think he knows it but who else was going to do it
-
for forever liberals have been saying "you know i'd totally be a conservative if Mike Chong were the leader" Interrupted only briefly for "i'd consider it if jean charest was' during the leadership "honest, we just really want to see you guys win so we're giving you really good advice.... "

I accept your unusually enthusiastic admission of defeat

Literally everything you say is wrong. You say he can't win. You're almost frantic and panicked about it, desperate and begging us to believe he can't win That probably means he's going to win
-
I think recession or not there's going to be a lot of pressure from both ends there. The traditional liberal mantra is always said to be run on the left rule on the right. He kind of did that backwards this time, running on the right but he's still playing tiddlywinks with a lot of left-wing ideals but not really being serious about them. So as a result he's going to get criticized for getting rid of the environmental policies he did get rid of while at the same time getting no marks for the economy from the right because there's still some in place. That sort of thing. Carney keeps sending at a pipeline deal being almost there with Alberta, but that's a lose-lose for him. If he does it he gives up ground to the NDP and if he doesn't he gives up ground to the CPC. We'll see how it plays out
-
There's been a gentle but consistent and noticeable decline in his popularity and in Canadians faith in which direction the country is: For several months now. I think a lot of people our emotionally invested in their choice you don't want to admit that they're wrong yet but they are quickly becoming concerned and disenfranchised. I think a lot of people are resigned to giving him at least a year to see what he can do even if they aren't really happy so far. But I think come next spring, when the NDP has a new leader and it's the one year anniversary of him coming into power and we still don't have a good deal with the united states and our economy is still in the tank and they're already pipelines being built and people are still struggling to afford food and inflation is still fairly high for primary goods like food and housing, I think suddenly people are going to decide they had enough

Pedo said his friend was also a pedo
CdnFox replied to TreeBeard's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
It isn't though. It's a conclusion that's driven by your bias. The evidence is extremely weak. The fact is we do have a lot of information about actual pedophiles and those who sleep with People under the age of consent. And the one thing that comes across loud and clear is that for the most part Even their close friends and often even their family members and close families such as kids and such have absolutely no idea what's going on, even though in retrospect you look at things and think they really should have had some suspicion. The majority of the girls that were underage were in the 16 year old range. You know as well as I do that it's not hard for a 16-year-old to look like an 18 year old. So maybe trump was around and thought the girls were young, and probably suspected they were fooling around with them and such and maybe in the back of his mind he wondered but the vast majority of people unless they have actual evidence or unless the kid comes out and says by the way I'm 16 just assume that they're probably wrong. And that is historically how it works in the vast majority of cases. A shocking number of comments when someone is caught begin along the lines of "I thought something was weird but I never thought......" So far the only "Evidence" Is that we know trump saw the girls hanging around Epstein and didn't ask any questions. A crime -
I accept your admission of defeat Mind you what were you going to say, the facts are clear and you were wrong. LOL i love when you get so mad at the fact you're wrong that you start in with the grade school 'insult names' The fact that so many other people chose someone other than carney must really have gotten under your skin. Seems to really bother you. And they didn't even like him enough to give him a majority. At any other time in history getting 42% of the vote would definitely give you a majority but it wasn't good enough for him to do that. I guess just not enough people trusted him
