New Submarines: Carney vs Poilievre
CdnFox replied to August1991's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
It is not a mission of mercy or compassion for me. This is a simple acknowledgment of facts. The fact is science is not incompatible with religion specifically christian religion. (there's some issues with the pastafarians but we won't get into that) I have defended it many times already. You have not actually been able to offer any counter-argument, you simply argue in different directions and spout nonsense. As I have demonstrated the bible cannot be taken word for word verbatim literally for several reasons, the fact recognized by most churches There's no projection here. You took something outrageously simple and easy to demonstrate and blew it up into this massive thing that now you can't defend or defeat. That was your own making. The statement I made was 100% accurate, science and the bible are not incompatible and some things that are said in the bible cannot be taken verbatim without context or interpretation of the word's meaning. That's just the way language works And he's saying that god doesn't exist because of science so if you agree with him then hey, no problem You have never been in the military and are not currently old enough to enroll right now. I believe you may have known someone that was in the military at some point but I do not believe you were old enough in the slightest. Men who have been through the military don't behave the way you do. To be honest men who have been through puberty don't behave the way you do -
Because Mack lives matter!!! (oh don't look at me like that, SOMEONE was going to say it )

Every time there's a trucker protest. They're thinking of renaming it as the 'emergency brake act'. Didn't need it the first time but that didn't stop them
-
Well there you go, see you can be honest when you try really hard All right we accept your new admission of defeat Not in gov't. A win is a majority. They failed to get that. So basically it's just like winning a game in the series... you're going to have to do better than just that to get a win He had to go begging to lizzie may to get his budget through Well that's a lie isn't it. Carney was the one who wanted it. It's his job to make sure that enough of the other parties support him to get his budget passed. That's the way this works. Initially he refused to even meet with them, so this was him and him alone. Can't blame the conservatives or anybody else for it

Oh look, triggered lefty can't actually offer a counter argument, just remains triggered. Big shock There are only two genders as well, but they are exist on a spectrum. Whenever you actually question someone who thinks there's more than two genders It always winds up being a combination of male and female. Which is fine, people can have both male and female gender traits and in fact everyone does to one degree or another. But it's still just male and female. A guitar may have six strings each of which plays a different note but it's still a guitar

What you mean is you never thought they would do to you what you did to them You were warned, you reap what you sow No they don't. They pick on my new and stuff that should never have been a real issue but for some reason the democrats made an issue when they were in power Again there's nothing the republicans are doing that the democrats didn't do first and just as bad and when you didn't complain then you lost the right to complain now -
Exactly! Obviously the strawberry fairies are the suppliers, but who's pulling the strings? Is it the keebler elves? Nawww, they've had a feud on with the fairies for years. This can only be the work of the berry mafia, with the "don' cherry running the show! Quick robin, to the bat cave!

New Submarines: Carney vs Poilievre

Now you're just at the point where you're lying to make yourself feel better. It is pretty much word for word the same assertion I started with. I know you didn't address anything. As I have pointed out multiple times. And I refuse to explain myself for the fifth time if the four times before that were too much for your brain. You are literally operating under the belief that if you repeat a lie often enough it'll become true. I'm afraid this conversation is far over your head. Which is sad because it's one that a five year old that understand. The bible cannot be taken verbatim. But the good news is x-flyer agrees with you so that's the level of mental support you've got for this issue You're totally on the right side -
Conservative MP Matt Jeneroux resigns

There's no spin kiddo, nor is there any gas lighting or is there any revisionism, this has been the same since the beginning. The reason you're freaking out and screaming like a baby with its diapers full is because you realize I was correct and there's just not much you can do about it. You suggested that he was quitting because of the budget. I said that wasn't the case And he still did not support the budget. Lo and behold he did not support the budget And nobody is confused about the voting record. You don't seem to be understanding what I'm saying it just seems to be a common problem with you left these days. Sorry kiddo but if he supported the budget he would have voted for the budget. That's how it works. That's what support means Honestly it's exhausting to try to explain this to you, -
Historically the NDP has always been a bit of a Jekyll and Hyde thing, Either being focused on working class families and the workers and the sort of socialistic support that they feel they should have, and at other times being a left-wing activist party focused on social justice warrior issues and wokeism. Jack Layton would be an example of the former. Jaggers would be a good example of the latter. They have always done their best when they focus on the former, but what you get in the internal party apparatus is a tendency towards activism. Some of the candidates being proposed are really against this kind of stuff, with heather referring to it as purity tests that are unnecessary and hurt the NDP. Others think the NDP should move towards being left-wing activists. We will see how it plays out, but the reality is the NDP simply doesn't do well as an activist party. That's more like the greens.

Well then what does equal justice Herbie? What would be justice for the families of the lost women. You seem to feel that there should be no consequences to this kind of action. Was locking him up in the first place a mistake? I'm looking at the crime stats since the liberals took over. Got to tell you that you're catch and release concept seems to be getting a lot of people killed Be thankful he was white. If he was first nations he probably would have been released on time served so that he could participate in a healing circle

New Submarines: Carney vs Poilievre
CdnFox replied to August1991's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
This is the exact very same assertion I started with. Precisely. I even gave examples of how the unverse being made in 6 days doesn't necessarily mean 6 24 hour periods. The word can be used to mean different things. Pretty much every serious bible expert including the pope. It is 100% a comprehension issue on your part. Nothing I've said is controversial and it's all very obvious. Human languages and imperfect thing at the best of times. At this point it's pretty obvious that you realize you've said something mind melting stupid. And you're sad attempts to try and backtrack and twist your way out of it just makes you look that much more of a twat. There is no motive here kid. I correctly responded to somebody who claimed that science and religion is incompatible by saying that science and religion is in fact not incompatible. Go play with your Lego. The adults are talking -

The issue is comprehension. Specifically your lack thereof. Kiddo this is a simple concept and you can't get your head around it. Honestly it's disappointing to watch. Nobody except you thinks that the bible should be able to be taken verbatim word for word. You got to be special stupid to think that The new emotional problems
