I posted facts and links... I made an argument and defended it with reason and logic. You jumped in and whined and cried like your diaper was full And this happens every single time you get your ass handed to you by me in a thread, you come on all the other threads and start acting like a buthurt loser. What a sad little life you must lead to have no better reason to come here than to stink up the place Oh but I'm sure that your failures in life are definitely due to my postcount. There's no doubt about that.

Ahhh and no link. What a surprise. Made it up did you? Here's a real search with links. Yes, data indicates that the share of consumer insolvency filings by women in Canada has been increasing, reaching its largest recorded percentage in recent years. While the total volume of consumer insolvencies fluctuates with economic conditions (total filings surged in 2024 to a 15-year high), the proportion of those insolvencies attributed to women has steadily grown over the past decade. women bankruptcy in canada increasing - Google Search Sorry kid. You're wrong again. No wonder you didn't want to post the link. Awww moonbox, is @Goddess making you angry with facts now too? LOL As usual you contribute nothing, you just show up to either attack me or defend the liberals, the latter in this case it would seem. Pathetic. Hey, how's those math lessons going?

As I said when they announced it it's an industry I know very well and they completely and utterly missed the point if their actual goal was to build more homes. And of the homes that do get built using the program most of them would have been built anyway and are simply saving some of their developer friends about load of money that taxpayers expense And there was absolutely no need to create yet another new bureaucracy for it when they already have three specifically dedicated to the same issues. The housing problem is not going away anytime soon. There is a correct answer but his was absolutely wrong

Trump is as bent as it comes
CdnFox replied to Aristides's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
I would personally plan on getting on with your life rather than waiting for that to happen -
It's much easier to hide where the money went after you spent it The problem with his big plan is that he can make that announcement but they're still going to have to be votes on money matters before that budget or he won't have the money to spend. And if the opposition says we're not authorizing anything till we see your budget he's going to have a problem. But yes, you have to be liberal stupid to think that issuing a budget 3/4 of the way through the budget is anything other than dumb

I suppose a twat might see it that way Ranked in the top 10, other sources I provided said 5th. Now I realize that it doesn't actually say 2006, what it says is 2004 to 2007. Your math skills are so weak you probably didn't realize that six was in between those two OF two points. Which i already noted, and pointed out it's basically nothing. Falling or gaining one or two points up and down is not much of anything. Especially over a number of years. The countries are always improving and some will be ahead one year and behind another.... it's a decline but really nothing. As i said, harper held the line. So we finished about where we were at. In the top 10, maybe two points below where we started but no significant movement. Then we dropped about 17 points. THAT is significant When you asked to cite something I completely expected you to lie about the response and to fail to understand. I really appreciate you not disappointing As I said, harper held the line. He did good and there was no substantial or significant up or down movement. Countries always go up or down one or two especially over 10 years Under Justin it dropped 17 Everything I said was true and once again you look like a complete twat Because you can't understand simple math and common sense statements

At the end of the day this is the heart of the matter. It's not that corruption is hidden. There's generally enough evidence of corruption that reasonable people can expect that it's happening and could choose to do something about it as voters. But generally that's not what happens and therefore politicians feel emboldened It's hard to put it on the courts because the governments at the end of the day have a lot of control over the courts as we've seen in the last 8 years But if the voters absolutely devastated parties where corruption was an issue and said they would never consider them again until the corruption was cleaned up, we wouldn't have anywhere near the problem we do Conservatives have a history of doing that in Canada. The NDP does too actually on the provincial level. But liberals will keep voting for corruption all day and all night. And that's a problem

Dude, august isn't a bad guy and every now and then he's got something intelligent to add to a conversation. He goes through these little crazy patches where he brings up weirdly random crap and it's not really terribly rational. Most of us find it best to just let him go through it and engage with him when he's having his more lucid moments At this point it sounds like he's mad that he's missed another doctor's appointment and technology hasn't solved that problem for him. As far as technology goes every single time there's an advancement that's the one society says is going to bring down the fall of mankind. I've already been through the computers are going to destroy jobs and leave people out of work, the internet is going to destroy jobs and leave people out of work phases and I doubt AI will be any different from what I can see. Just promise him you'll tell him when his next doctor appointment is and let's go back to discussing things that are sane

Glad you came around and realized you were wrong. Pretty petty of you to down airless when we provided you with accurate information as well as sources If anyone needed proof that your little down arrows are you having a hissy fit and being angry I think you just cleared any doubt away. So they will have to address this in the spring. And Elizabeth May is in the same boat as the NDP was in that they just lost a ton of face backing the liberals when everyone knew he was lying and now she has no choice but to go hard against the liberals or suffer the same fate as the NDP did and considering she's only one person left that basically means being wiped out. The NDP is pretty much going to have to vote against the liberals next time, elizabeth may is pretty much going to have to, and the CPC is likely to. And at this point I sure as hell would not count on the block support, the block is very disturbed about what he did with that Alberta Accord. They're very concerned that BC's rights are getting ignored and that precedent is being set that a pipeline can be rammed through a province whether they like it or not. Rumor is he's trying to run the liberals like a fortune 500 company without gaining consensus or taking other people and their views into account, and that is absolutely death unless you are extremely talented at politics. And he's just not that talented at politics It may very well be that a number of his own caucus decide that it would be better if he were to fall and the conservatives get a minority government for 3 years or two and the liberals hold an actual real leadership race and pick someone that they like. They were worried they would be wiped out under Justin but I think those fears are gone and they think they can retain most of their seats and keep the conservatives to a minority and then rebuild and come back with a majority with a leader they like Carney knows this and that's why he's trying to get rid of as many ministers and such as he can. This is the difference between someone who knows the job and someone who has never had experience with the job but pretends they did
-
But we aren't talking about female versus male. We're talking about the overall death rate I realize you're a liberal but I'm not going to have to explain the difference between male and female to you am I? Ranking Trends Around 2004-2007: Canada typically ranked among the top 10 countries in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and often higher in global comparisons. One report noted a rank of 9th among OECD countries in 2007. Around 2010-2015: The ranking showed a clear decline. Canada's life expectancy at birth dropped from around 2nd to 7th place among a set of 19 comparator countries between 1990 and 2010. Recent Years (2023-2025 estimates): The decline trend has continued. In 2023, one analysis placed Canada at 17th globally. For 2025, estimates place Canada around 20th to 23rd globally, with a life expectancy of approximately 82.7-83.0 years. The CIA World Factbook 2024 estimate ranks Canada 5th, but this ranking can vary significantly based on the specific data source and year of information. Sorry kid, you really do need to take some math lessons and apparently some biology ones as well. You're desperately trying to twist and turn the numbers but the fact of the matter is when using comparable numbers we went from about five to seven by the end of harper's term and have now dropped to 23rd. And the vast majority of that happened under Justin's time The guys gone and you're still desperately trying to defend the guy. So now you need to take a math lesson AND a lesson in sexual biology Dum da dum dumb

"Yes, in Canada, fiscal updates, like the budget, are a matter of confidence because a vote on the budget is considered a confidence motion, meaning the government must maintain the support of the House of Commons to remain in power." are fiscal updates a matter of confidence in canada - Google Search Yes, opposition parties can bring down a minority government through a confidence vote, which occurs when the government fails to win the support of a majority of the members in the House of Commons. can the opposition bring down a minority government - Google Search So yes. As i said, fiscal updates are considered to be part of the budget and subject to a confidence vote to accept it. And even if they did it in such a way to avoid that the opposition can still vote them out of power over it. Sigh Every adult knows this stuff. This is basic. It's like saying "nobody knows if there will be an election due in 5 years or less". Yeah , we do. THat's how our system works. Adults know these things. These are the basics of how our system works. Certainly anyone who served in the military and interacted with the government for procurement would be very familiar with these things We know you're not an adult kid. Every now and then but was surprising regularity you make statements like this which demonstrate you don't have the basic knowledge an adult would have

And combined their seven. LOL the original report was combined, my figures were combined, but to try to lie your way out of being stupid you needed to break them in to two In 2006 we were in 5th place over all, we were still there in 2010, and in 2015 we slipped two spots to 7,, As i already provided proof for. And yeap, that's basically a margin of error thing. Countries are going to go up or down a spot or two over time, that's natural. However dropping 18 points is not I'm not going to have to give you another math lesson am i? LOLOLOL You're already having to twist the truth and rework the numbers several different ways to try and come up with an answer you like, that should be evidence enough for you that you're going to wind up looking stupid. Harper held the line. he kept canada in the top ten and despite there being a major recession he increased medical funding to the provinces substantially and canadians were healthier The liberals specifically under trudeau saw some years where life expectancy went DOWN, and even though it's now up compared to 2015 the liberals have caused us to fall to the top 30 instead of the top 10. And once again you're here blindly defending them and trying to excuse that with bad math that makes you look like a twat
-
Says the story that you are promoting. Fiscal update gets a vote, same as a throne speech gets A vote. And it's a minority government so even if the liberals decided to do it in such a way that it wasn't votable the opposition can decide to have a vote and bring them down on it regardless. Eventually if you make it to grade 12 they'll explain how our system works to you a little bit more and one of your classes

Trump is as bent as it comes
CdnFox replied to Aristides's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Why should he when you didn't? You posted a couple of links, didn't have anything to say about it, I didn't make any kind of point or initiate discussion, and basically just acted like a twat. And now you're mad because people asked "Why is he acting like a twat?" Most people won't even read it because they're not interested in some random homework assignment where we're supposed to try and figure out what the hell you're talking about. Why don't you come back when you have something to say. I agree, it's a bad policy and the president shouldn't have that power. As far as pardoning drug criminals goes however, I think Biden got there first if I can recall properly Shall I see if I can "hunt" up the story? -
Sure, but life expectancy has been going up generally speaking for hundreds of years now. It's not misleading to say it's not as high in canada as it should be, and at one time canada was a leader, comfortably in the top 10 consistently, and now we've fallen far behind So no matter how you slice it we are not living as long as we should be. We're dying earlier than we should. And rather than comment on that and address the issue you're kind of trying to twist things so they don't sound quite as bad in order to defend the libs. Again. You see the pattern i'm talking about right? This should be upsetting to you even if you are a liberal supporter. if the conservatives had been in power and failed that badly i'd be speaking up and saying we need to address this, but because it's liberals who were in charge when most of it happened it's "umm well it's not THAAAAAT bad is it? Really?"
