But if you do that and then engage in a physical confrontation with police officers and then resist arrest while you're wearing that gun you are creating a situation where it is likely that you will be shot. And this is not the first time, video has emerged of him wearing a gun and kicking the crap out of an ice vehicle and damaging it. If you're going to go to a protest armed then you have to be willing to immediately surrender to police peacefully if they try and arrest you and explain to them that you are carrying a lawful firearm so that no misunderstanding occurs If you resist arrest and you start flailing your arms around reaching for a gun which appears to be with this guy is doing then you must be prepared to get shot because that's almost certainly what's going to happen.
