CBC edits out embarrassing Carney footage
CdnFox replied to CdnFox's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Yes, we see you trying again, we're all looking, you're doing great little guy (so needy.) -
Absolutely a lie. And you're weird insistence and use of dramatic language suggests that you're aware of this. So the question is why do you feel the need to lie. Is it a requirement to support your ideology that this be more tragic than it needs to be or something? Do you feel that you would not be able to criticize this situation unless you used emotionally charged language like that? Are you feeling that it would be emotionally painful in order to use more accurate less emotionally charged language because it might suggest that ice aren't the 'evil nazi barbarian orc destroyers' that some on the left like to paint them as? Murder is the premeditated intent to kill a man without lawful excuse. So far there's no evidence that that's what happened here. The evidence is in fact that there was lawful excuse and at worst an error may have occurred because one officer was disarming the man while the other officer thought he still had a gun. But there was a gun. So it's clearly not murder. It's either a justifiable homicide entirely or a justifiable homicide which is unfortunate because it was based on erroneous information. which would make it sad, POOOOOSSSSIBLY inch towards reckless homicide or manslaughter, but not get anywhere near murder. You don't know the man and you don't know any of the other people here Yet you're sure that you're statement is true That's strongly points to the fact that you believe in fantasy more than reality and in fiction more than facts Why would anyone take you seriously? I mean honestly how do you know that none of the posters here are nurses as well? Or doctors or other medical professionals? Or that they don't contribute to society in a meaningful way? Once again you have to dehumanize your opponents in order to make your argument

Next time when i point out you've been incorrect about something take the time to verify and then make peace with he fact i'm right. Doubling down on the stupid just makes you cry like this in the end. That was quite the hissy fit tho LOL -

True, at least carney knows how to give a speech. It would be nice if you listen to his own and actually follow them but that might be too much to hope for -

That was not the topic we were discussing, we were discussing whether or not Poilievre could talk to other government officials outside of Canada. You said "NO HE CAN'T!!!!!" I said yes he can. There's other people in his position doing the same thing You said "YES HE CAN, OTHER PEOPLE IN HIS POSITION DID THE SAME THING" LOLOLOL It's wabbit season kiddo LOLO You are SO stupid it's just absolutely hilarious to watch no he didn't. Neither did harper when in opposition btw. Neither did justin. When you're caught in a lie you always double down. All mp's get the basic security clearance of course (can't be one without it) but scheer was never cleared for secrets the way you claim he was. Further, Leaders meet all the time with all kinds of businessmen, famous people, and other dignitaries from both within and outside of their own country and those people don't have any security clearance either. Can you show me in the constitution or in the laws where it says that a prime minister may not Meet with someone without a security clearance? Or that the opposition is not allowed to meet with other national leaders without a clearance? Or anything in the American or any other constitution that says that? You just flat out lying and making shit up. Which is about what we'd expect from a 13 year old living in his mother's basement Nope/ Does not have national security clearance Danielle Smith does not have national security clearance. While she is a prominent Canadian politician and has served as the Premier of Alberta, there is no specific information indicating that she holds a national security clearance in the provided sources. Why the hell would the premier of a province have national security clearance? You're not just a liar, you're a bad liar. Even you should have realized that was insane -
Two and three are the most egregious. Recently tim said that all parties have to work to dial down the rhetoric and then finished off by saying "Don't give them an excuse to kill you because that's exactly what they want" Basically stating that ice is here to kill innocent people. Way to turn that rhetoric down The authorities at many levels as well as the social justice groups are directly whipping people up and then telling them to go out and get into dangerous situations and confrontations with the police. This is what pissed me off about Trudeau and a few of the other government officials during covid, when there's a crisis like this the government's first job is to try and calm people down and get them committed to working for a solution and to getting through the crisis. Queen Elizabeth's famous words, bless her soul: Keep Calm and Carry On. Not freak out we're all going to die here come the bombers. But these guys are trying to score political points turning neighbors turning civilians against police and getting people whipped up into a frenzy where they think it's okay to wear a gun to a protest and then get into a physical confrontation with a police officer and then resist arrest. Ryan run over a cop when you're making your getaway. So won't be the last shooting as long as they keep whipping people into this kind of a frenzy Fair Point. I honestly believe we're probably coming into a time when it becomes the norm for outgoing presidents to basically say"I pardon everyone on my side who did stuff regardless of what the stuff is". That's basically what Biden did allegedly and we'll see more and more of that.

Sure but we do it anyway because you're so amusing LOL you mean once people show you up for being a liar with facts and evidence youc can't refute If you just ignored people who were dishonest posters you'd never even see your keyboard -
I'm pretty sure that we're going to be looking at a spring election. Or more accurately I am completely sure that carney thinks we are going to be, either because he's going to make it happen or because he won't be able to prevent it one way or another. Everything he's doing right now is geared towards electioneering. He did a very lopsided deal with china just to say he did a deal. After basically being trump's whipping boy for an entire year he goes to Davos and suddenly magically rediscovers his elbows. He's announcing another GST credit for people to help with food inflation, something straight out of Trudeau's Playbook. He's blitzing around the world and avoiding any questions from the media, to the point where even the more dedicated left-wing media is starting to get cranky about it. Meanwhile online there's a ton of bots piling into chat forums spouting the same recognizable lines about how Carny is so great and the right man for the moment etc I'm not sure if he's intending to find a pretext to call an election, or if he just thinks that the opposition is going to make when happen but it's pretty obvious he believes he's going to be into an election in short order and he's completely focused on trying to keep his minority or improve upon it rather than doing good work for Canada

Donalds cognitive decline quickening

.He's s.till smarte.r and sharp.er than you. so....... I don't think he's got Alzheimer's. I'm familiar with what that looks like. But there's just no two ways about it the older you get the more you suffer from weakening mental acuity, just the same as you lose some of your body strength. I really don't think people should be allowed to serve in that position past the age have about 70 and should be prevented from running if their term would last past that age. But that is not currently the law -
This one is a little bit harder than good. Good was pretty cut and dry, even before all of the angles were out I could see she drove at the cop and hit him and that really is the end of that story. Drive your car at a cop, hit the cop, get shot. This one the video footage isn't quite as clear and it's not quite as clear exactly what was happening or triggered the shooting I think we're going to probably have to wait for more video to come out but from what I can tell and from the facts that seem undisputed the guy had a gun, the interacted with the cops and at first it was relatively peaceful but then he decided to get physically involved and he was taken to the ground and he was trying to resist when one of the officers discovered he had a gun. It looks like that officer removed that gun but as he was doing so another officer yelled gun gun gun and a different officer believed there was a threat and shot him. Now the really sad part is from what I can tell it sounds like he had already been disarmed but that was apparently unclear to the officer who fired. This appears to be legitimate, there was a gun, the guy was resisting, you can see him in one part of the video reaching behind his back for where the gun was just before the cop took it and in a split second you can have a miscommunication like that where the gun is secured but the other officers don't think it is That is why it is insanely dangerous to get involved in its one altercation with a police officer while you're wearing a gun. When they reached out for him he should have laid down on the ground and announce there was a gun in his back pocket we're back belt or wherever you carried it and let them arrest him without any fighting back or resisting. It's also been mentioned that he was carrying the gun unlawfully but I don't really honestly believe that's particularly relevant.

Kearny is trying to take a bit of a Michael hardener approach and appear to both believe in something and not believe in something at the same time I mean it's true, we don't have a trade deal. That was my complaint minute one. We've given them a bunch of free crap that we've committed to that will benefit them strongly and we've gotten nothing in return in the way of assurances or agreements, They get to break into our car market, get access to our RCMP info, get to go back and forth without visas, their media gets more access while ours gets none over there, and we get a 'maybe' on canola with no guarantee they won't raise it the next day. So no deal. Claiming it's a 'free trade' deal is even more insane, we've given up everything and gotten next to nothing in the way of 'free trade'. At the same time it IS true that we've gotten closer to china and given them unprecedented access. So... trump's got a point and i get that he's mad china is making inroads and will probably have more and more ties with Canada and access to all kinds of goodies and such, but he's going to be waiting a long time if he's waiting for a 'deal' on paper to be signed i suspect that this will come to a bit of a head when the first chinese cars land in canada, but that's likely half a year away or more. They still have to go through safety testing and the like
