But if you do that and then engage in a physical confrontation with police officers and then resist arrest while you're wearing that gun you are creating a situation where it is likely that you will be shot. And this is not the first time, video has emerged of him wearing a gun and kicking the crap out of an ice vehicle and damaging it. If you're going to go to a protest armed then you have to be willing to immediately surrender to police peacefully if they try and arrest you and explain to them that you are carrying a lawful firearm so that no misunderstanding occurs If you resist arrest and you start flailing your arms around reaching for a gun which appears to be with this guy is doing then you must be prepared to get shot because that's almost certainly what's going to happen. He wasn't helping her and he certainly was resisting the officers who tried to arrest him. There was only one element to this which is suspect and that's the number of times he was shot. I understand that was actually two officers shooting and in situations like that it can happen. There will be an investigation and they will determine if it was inappropriate.
