Special Counsel Robert Hur is closing the Biden classified documents inquiry, with a report critical of document handling by Biden and his staff, but bringing no charges. One MAGA minion, who has been charged with 91 felonies including theft of classified documents, took to social media to write: “Wow! Fake news CNN, through a leak from the Department of Injustice, has just reported that no charges will be filed in the (much bigger than mine!!!) Crooked Joe Biden documents case. We are living in a very corrupt country!” The rest of the MAGAverse has followed suit, losing their shlt at the notion that stealing ultra-top-Compartmentalized classified documents, including nuclear weapons secrets, and keeping them in defiance of a court order, is a somehow a non-crime.

All that said, there have been numerous agreements and understandings that there would be both a Jewish and a Muslim state, and the West Bank has been Palestinian territory which Israelis have been encroaching upon. It is illegal under Israeli law and needs to stop. Mind you, I say this as a lifelong supporter of Israel. Many Israelis agree with my position; most, I think.

But blowing up school buses and beheading children is not the way to respond. No nation on Earth would simply allow a neighboring nation to invade them, slaughter children, and take hostages.

You truly do not understand the situation. Once the Israelis reach this hospital, they will evacuate the wounded and provide treatment. Israel isn’t wasting their bombs trying to destroy hospitals. The hospital is in North Gaza. Israel told the Palestinians to evacuate North Gaza. They warned of this invasion. Hamas did not warn of their terrorist attack. Israel just found one of Hamas’ tunnel openings. It was located in a child’s bedroom! That’s the kind of people Israel is dealing with. They’re doing everything possible to avoid noncombatant fatalities. But Hamas counts every fatality as a civilian!!! Hamas needs to go. They are a terrorist group who don’t only harm Israel, but they harm the Palestinian people as well. They take aid money and pour it into weapons and they enslave children to build their tunnels. Who’s going to do get rid of Hamas? The Palestinians won’t! The Egyptians won’t! The Saudis won’t! The U.S. won’t! You know Hamas needs to go, you know it’s dirty business, but you sit in the safety of your gaming chair and point the finger of the Israeli young adults who must go house to house and climb into these booby trapped tunnels looking for hostages who still haven’t been released. And you… Jesus man… it’s 100% acceptable to you that Hamas killed 1,400 Israeli civilians and 100% ok that they took 240 civilians hostage. I know it’s fine and dandy with you cause all you say is “blah blah blah… Israel killed civilians.” Pay attention: Every single Hamas fighter is counted as a civilian. So, yeah, killing civilians.

Wow. And those Saudi women are even allowed to drive cars now. Are they allowed to show their faces in public? I’m sure Saudi Arabia is just heaven on earth for women.

I don’t disagree with Obama. He tried for eight years to work with Netanyahu, who gave him the finger the whole time, up to and including addressing Congress without getting permission or even asking the State Dept. It was a big F-you to Obama, and lo and behold, it hasn’t worked out well for Israel. Trump’s plan was to send an Orthodox Jew to create a “peace plan” with Israel, present it to the Palestinians and tell them “take it or leave it,” and if course that got him a middle finger too. Maybe it’s just not possible, but frankly, Netanyahu has been far far too antagonistic to the Palestinians

Trump could have appealed the summary judgement and he can appeal anything else. So if it’s true that this is a rogue judge, the decision will be overturned. For some reason, large verdicts are almost always reduced on appeal. But you haven’t made a legal argument. The law is the law and Trump broke it. So your side has nothing to fall back on except to call the judge crazy. You need to tell a court of appeal more than that.

Maybe the banks did their own appraisals, and maybe they didn’t, but the court has already ruled that the Trump organization committed fraud. The independent appraiser might believe the statement that the penthouse was 30,000 square feet, when Trump knew it was 10,000. They might not have found that certain deed and rent control restrictions were in place on certain properties. This is why you are legally obligated to honestly disclose everything on these applications. The Trump Organization submitted these evaluations to banks repeatedly, and they grossly overstated the values of dozens of properties over and over. It’s not like they fudged the numbers by 10 or 20% of one property one time. This was far beyond an honest mistake. It was deliberate, and the testimony shows that a wide number of Trump employees were in on it and aware of it. I just explained why Mar-A-Lago is worth only $20 million-ish, yet Trump continues to lie about its value.

I read about the value of Mar-a-Lago, which is only one of many properties that he inflated. Trump’s claim that the club is worth “billions” is utterly false. Trump was losing money on Mar-a-Lago and unable to pay the property tax bill, so he agreed to a deed restriction which limits Mar-a-Lago to use only as a private club, limited to I believe just 500 members. This is why Mar-a-Lago is worth so little. It cannot ever be resold as anything other than a country club, which is basically a hotel/restaurant that has a lot of upkeep and fees to sustain its operation. The place makes about $20 million a year gross, much less net, of course. This is why it’s only worth about $20 million and it will never sell for hundreds of millions or a billion dollars. 500 members maximum.

My Aunt was the director of a very large state mental hospital and during the Reagan term she was forced to release 50% of the inmates due to Federal budget cuts. This was what started the homeless epidemic. It started in the 1980’s. On top of that, millions of indigents lost their public assistance funding, and Clinton “reformed” away more, throwing millions more on the streets.

For starters, get this through your fat skull: Immigrants are pouring in because of US IMMIGRATION LAW, which REPUBLICANS REFUSE TO CHANGE. See, you think the government should put these people in buses and ship them back. So do I! But it’s illegal. They have to go through an ultra-crowded judicial process. They cannot be instantly deported, because THAT’S WHAT THE LAW SAYS. Who’s the majority in the House? The Republicans. Where’s their immigration bill? Nowhere.

And if you work hard and get a computer engineering degree from a top school, you can walk out of school with a $180,000 salary offer in California, and your pay only goes up from there, and your stock options vest in four years and you sell them and make anywhere from a quarter million to four million dollars. Happens ALL THE TIME. That’s why housing prices are so high. Thats capitalism at its finest.

That 87 year-old billionaire Soros is “controlling it all.” But that’s a conspiracy theory. The facts are obvious: It’s 20 million Jews worldwide and over 1 billion Muslims. They outnumber Jews 500:1. Financially, Muslims control half the oil in the world, representing over a trillion dollars of equity. But it’s not raw power: Qatar operates Al Jazeera, who promote this notion that the tiny nation of Israel, smaller than New Jersey, with just seven million Jews, somehow is the aggressor over a billion Muslims. What’s really going on is that every single Muslim country is a dictatorship: Saudi, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, the UAE, etc. The less democratic they are, the more they utterly hate Israel, which is a democracy that gives full equality to women, gays, Jews, Christians and Muslims. Palestinian leadership has consistently refused peace offers because they want all the land, “from the river (Jordan) to the sea (Mediterranean).” It’s their slogan, and it means, “No Jews in the Mideast.” So you might as well get it through your skull, dude: As long as the Arab position is “No Jews in the Mideast,” the Israeli response to state sponsored acts of aggression will be a military response. How else can they respond when their existence as a country is at stake?

I read this story of an Arab woman who went to college, got a degree and became a medical doctor. Only possible because she lived in Israel.

You are mistaken. War was declared on Israel by seven Arab nations in 1948. So if you’re going to claim this is all one never-ending war… because the Palestinians and you reject the armistice agreements they made, then it was clearly the Arabs who started this war.

FACT: “From the river to the sea” means “No Jews.” i.e., forced expulsion of 7 million Jews out of the Mideast. FACT: Two million Palestinian Arabs live with the 7 million Jews of Israel. Not in the West Bank or Gaza, but in Israel itself. Two million. So how in Earth can you say that the Israelis have driven the Palestinians out, when two million live amongst them? And Israel has not driven any Palestinians out of West Bank or Gaza.

The GOP is the FOS Party. Only one party’s Presidential candidate promises to “lock up” the political opposition. Only one party’s Presidential candidate is complaining that being investigated is a “witch hunt,” that subpoenas of his children are “unfair”, and who regularly attack judges, prosecutors, witnesses and jurors. Only one party’s Presidential candidate fired Justice Department officials for investigating his political allies and not investigating his political enemies. Joe Biden and his son are being investigated by a Federal prosecutor who was appointed by Donald Trump. Biden could have fired this prosecutor; this is the custom when a new President comes into office. Instead, Biden kept Trump’s prosecutor and he hasn’t said a word about it. He didn’t complain when the prosecutor requested and obtained special prosecutor status. There is no evidence, no tweets, no records of any communication between Biden and any Justice Department official who is investigating Trump and no communication between Biden and the NY and GA prosecutors.

The article also says some of these deaths were caused by mis-fired rockets. Only one side in this conflict Is firing rockets, and it isn’t Israel.

California has the 4th highest per Capita GDP, behind New York, Massachusetts and Washington. California’s the biggest state, so it will always have the largest raw number of everything. Big whoop. They are the leader.

I disagree with anyone who supports Hamas. I have seen signs stating “LGBT for Palestine,” and I think those people are just not aware that it is the SAME THING as holding a sign that says “LGBT for Killing LGBT.” Or “LGBT for Taliban.” These things are all equivalent in their absurdity. Don’t know why you don’t get that. Second thing: Why Palestine? They are F-ING terrorists. There are so so many beleaguered people in this world in need of aid, so of all those, WHY PICK THE TERRORISTS? Let me tell you why, like it or not: Choosing this one group among all is the one choice of all that lets someone single out Jews. Consider the claim that Israel is killing civilians. Name ONE THING that Hamas is doing to protect their civilians. For example, when Israel ordered civilians to evacuate North Gaza, Hamas ordered those civilians to remain. So who’s the bad guy? But hey; let’s pick on the Jews! Pick on the side that warns civilians before an attack, not the side that builds concrete tunnels under schools and apartment buildings, then cries when the buildings above the tunnels are bombed. It’s absurd, and it’s absurd that an LGBT person thinks that the Palestinians or the Taliban are their friends. They are not.

WOW. Genius. Some businesses are leaving the largest state in the nation. Sure. It’s called outsourcing. California and New York are the most advanced economies in America, by far. California is by far America’s greatest business incubator, in all sorts of fields. Hippy-dippy Berkeley has had many very successful companies launch, across all sorts of fields. And Palo Alto, home of Stanford, has seen even more. But, sure, with the billions and billions of dollars of wealth came higher real estate prices, driving up costs for lower income people. Then again, a LOT of Californians figured out they could sell a home they owned half a million or more on, pay off their mortgage and buy a far larger house in another state for CASH with the money they had left over. It worked out great for them!
