(Christian) Women are not to teach or hold authority over (Christian) men. And, as you say, how could these Conservative Christian women be good wives and mothers while being a politician? Can they? I suppose that point doesn’t matter if they’re not to hold authority over men. How could you vote for someone to have that kind of authority when your bible tells you not to? You’re setting aside your bible to go against what it says.
