The claim was about morality in the bible, not just the New Testament. Leviticus is most certainly part of the bible.

Leviticus 20:13 “’If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.”

So when the bible says “kill gay people”, then it is moral to kill gay people? Or it was moral at the time, but now it is not?

I never said the province couldn’t do what they did. I said that it seems undemocratic to have a mayor with superpowers. Like a city dictatorship. I would prefer to live in a city that is governed democratically, as I think it’s a superior system.

You’re confused. I’m not the one who linked the article and touted what it was saying. You read 4 lines and decided you agreed with it. Next time, read the article before you post it.

The Vox article goes on to say why there are issues with that study. That particular study looks to be faulty, and other studies point to the opposite conclusion. Do you just choose the one that you like?

Only six were actually conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic, so the bulk of the evidence the Cochrane team took into account wasn’t able to tell us much about what was specifically happening during the worst pandemic in a century. Instead, most of them looked at flu transmission in normal conditions, and many of them were about other interventions like hand-washing. Only two of the studies are about Covid and masking in particular.

Ok. I don’t like the public owning everything either. Do you like socialism when it comes to healthcare? Or do you think everyone should pay out of pocket to see a doctor?
