Well, it was written in Palestine, even if it was in pieces and even if it was later compiled elsewhere. It was written anywhere from 70CE to 120CE depending on which book. To think the writings came from far and wide isn’t the case, as far as I know. The writings seem to originate in Palestine over that time, but I stand to be corrected; I’m no expert.
