  1. I think it would be nice that when the electoral college cast their votes they organize it in a way that Clinton's vote marks the win. Add insult to injury. I doubt its possible but it would be a nice gesture.
  2. I bet the natives are laughing at this post. Try and lock them up, see what happens. ?
  3. Proud boys scurry like insects after being pepper sprayed by police in Washington.  No cojones.  ?

I don’t really know what they’re about, they are mostly idiots from what I can tell...any law breakers should get arrested.

  4. We also saw a by far gop led supreme court dismiss two lawsuits. Or maybe I saw that happen?
  5. Not even on a different page in this thread. Did trump shut it down because he wanted to or because the gop did?
  6. Misinformation. https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/news/2019/04/updated-numbers-on-opioid-related-overdose-deaths-in-canada.html More than 10,300 Canadians lost their lives between January 2016 and September 2018. More than 13,000 from covid in less than a year now.
  7. Did you even watch the video?
  8. Back in the day most people had a handkerchief. But they also dressed nicer when stepping out, but thats another story. https://www.artofmanliness.com/articles/every-man-should-carry-a-handkerchief/ Even so, there are probably still those who think the handkerchief is too dirty even for daily use. To those people I say, “If it’s your hankie, why are you afraid of your own germs?” Handkerchiefs are pretty big and provide ample space in which to blow one’s nose multiple times without the snot ever overlapping. Finally, grow up. You’re a man, and there’s nothing wrong with a little sweat or snot.
  9. ? Watch the video. He even admits he wasn't directly involved in it.
  10. ? Thats what you come up with? No wonder you trumpers got whooped.
  11. By your logic we should get rid of MADD since there are still dui's out there. If they did nothing as you say how could they be responsible for the failure? https://www.google.ca/amp/s/www.politico.com/amp/news/2020/05/04/joe-biden-contain-h1n1-virus-232992 “‘Listen, we need to be aggressive early on this,’” Biden announced, according to Brennan. The next week, Biden made good on his pledge — and set off a deluge of criticism. In an interview on NBC’s “Today,” Biden said he wouldn’t advise his family to fly on planes or ride the subway. “I wouldn’t go anywhere in confined places right now," Biden said. "It’s not that it’s going to Mexico, it’s that you are in a confined aircraft. When one person sneezes, it goes everywhere through the aircraft.” Airlines angrily accused Biden of fearmongering. Media reports noted that Biden’s pessimism contrasted sharply with the reassurances President Barack Obama had given a day earlier, when he said there was no need to panic even as he declared a national health emergency. And early on with covid what was trump doing? Downplaying it, which we later found out how he knew about the severity beforehand.
  12. https://www.ems1.com/coronavirus-covid-19/articles/covid-19-reinfection-faqs-eqEXSRiUdxqy1Hgp/ Data is accumulating that true reinfection can occur in SARS-CoV-2. In October, Lancet published one of the first U.S. reinfections in a 25-year-old male patient from Nevada [1]. There were 48 days between his illnesses, and his second round was actually much worse than the initial (requiring hospitalization). Other case reports have shown timing between episodes of infection ranging from 63-143 days [2-5]. DOES THIS MEAN SARS-COV-2 IS MUTATING? These genomic differences between infections are useful to rule out latent infection/relapse, but they do not suggest mutation due to immune evasion. Immunologists still feel that vaccine candidates should match all circulating variants [6]. Hopefully they are correct.
  13. Yes, to slow it down so as not to overwhelm the health care system. Let's just say they go the short way. First, we've seen people get infected twice so the herd immunity is out. Then we get a mass influx of infected people with covid, on top of the regular load of cancer, heart problems, etc. What happens then? What happens if some other emergency happens on top of that? Say a natural disaster or another virus altogether?
  14. And therein is the problem. You can spread covid to your friends and family if you have it, and you can have it and show no symptoms. How can we deal with something like that? You see what's happening in the u.s? The government is in a no win scenario here and is choosing the lesser of two evils.
  15. The United States mounted a complex, multi-faceted and long-term response to the pandemic, summarized in The 2009 H1N1 Pandemic: Summary Highlights, April 2009-April 2010. On August 10, 2010, WHO declared an end to the global 2009 H1N1 influenza pandemic. However, (H1N1)pdm09 virus continues to circulate as a seasonal flu virus, and cause illness, hospitalization, and deaths worldwide every year. ?
  16. Canada day just sounds so much better and unique.
  17. If i met trump I would ask him what the tally is now.
  18. Sunday night at 11:59 pm maybe? ?
  19. Yeah, thats a shame.
  20. If by serving you mean keeping them in an army barracks in Canada and rigorous physical training then I'm fine with that. If your talking about sending them off to war then no. We went through that disaster in the ww's. https://www.macleans.ca/news/canada/conscription-divided-canada-it-also-helped-win-the-first-world-war/ If ww3 breaks out thats another story.

  24. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/ncna1250762 Going to need a big bucket for trumps bawing of tears over this one. ?
  25. Ah yes, like all those from your last civil war that sought refuge in Canada? https://www.google.ca/amp/s/www.macleans.ca/society/10-ways-canada-fought-the-american-civil-war/amp/ When the guns fell silent, many Confederate leaders fled to Canada, including General George Pickett, who led Gettysburg’s tragic final charge. President Davis’s family had been in Quebec for some time and, after his release from prison, he joined them. Cheering crowds welcomed his appearance in Kingston, Ont., Toronto and Niagara Falls, Ont.
