The death of the West is pretty much accepted now, because of liberal immigration policy. Mohammed is the most popular boys name in the UK now. In Ireland, 20% of the population is now foreign born with no end in sight. Scotland has a Muslim president. Personally, I think countries like Ireland should stay predominantly Irish. If you want a slow stream of immigration allowing people to assimilate to Irish culture, cool. Same for other Western countries.

I didn't say GDP, I said per capita GDP. I was on par with the United States when Turdeau took over. Now it's 40% less, thanks to terrible Liberal economic policies. Thanks for making everyone poorer. Thanks for making the Canadian dollar worthless. Thanks for driving foreign investment out of the country at a record rate. Thanks for doubling the cost of housing. Thanks for increasing health care wait times. You guys have done a great job! LOL

Actually, Conservatives won the popular votes in 2019 and 2021. If not for Trump irrationally scaring boomers, the Conservatives would have easily won the last election. Regardless, it's not the Conservatives losing, it's the country that's losing, as the same terrible economic policies wreak havoc on the country. Our GDP per capita used to be equal to the United States. Now it's 40% less. That's just one example of the devastation the Liberals have caused. But I see you've moved off the ridiculous memo of understanding, and now arguing a completely different subject. Typical liberal voter. But at least it would have put them on the parliamentary record for voting in favour of a pipeline. Instead they voted against their own MOU! LOL!

Crockett Was Tricked Into Running

Did anyone see the rapper she had at her announcement? It was freaking hilarious! -
Yes, and it's completely non-binding. It's just a document of agreed understanding, goals, expectations, with no binding follow through, no timetable of dates, progress, etc.
-
It's not an agreement, it's a memorandum of understanding. You really do fall for all of their symbolism huh? What a rube! LOL

The motion was to support a pipeline to the pacific. Regardless, no, it's Canada that loses, and has lost over the last decade with terrible Liberal policies that have made Canada much worse. I don't know why you think that policies that make Canada worse is good for Canada, it's very odd. You and your ilk have ruined the country, yet you clap for the Liberals like trained seals.

I have no indigenous leader as they have no authority, whether they're being subsidized or not. And no, specific to the BNA act, the federal government has complete jurisdiction when it comes to pipelines. Nothing has been downloaded. Not sure where you're getting that, other than to make excuses for Carney when nothing gets built.

How would a top earner get a giant tax cut if there was a municipal income tax? Regardless, there could be other ways of raising revenue. I just don't think it's right that if you own your home outright, you still have to essentially rent it from the city in order to keep it.
-
I don't have an indigenous leader. And they don't have final say regardless. Carney has the authority to green light the project. Nice spin though! You dizzy yet? LOL
-
Just let us know when the projects begins. Don’t hold your breath! 😂

No, the symbolism is from the lieberals. We'll know when nothing gets done on the pipeline. And rubes like you believe them, even after they've made everything in Canada worse over the last decade, you still support their terrible policies. You'll be eating cat food at some points, still cheering on the lieberals for their greatness! It reminds me how North Koreans view their leader. LOL Btw, keep us all updated on the progress of the pipeline, let us know when the first shovel goes into the group ok?
-
The motion was necessary to put the lieberals on the record for supporting a pipeline. They voted against it, showing that they have no interest in actually getting anything done. Just more symbolism, as they continue to cost Canada billions of dollars a year in potential revenue, that could fund things like health care. And you support them! LOL
-
You could potentially replace it with a municipal sales tax, or income tax, something like that.
-
Nope, they added those provisions to the motion. And the LIEberals still voted against it! LOL. They don't want a pipeline. They just want to pretend. Regardless, if the motion isn't binding anyways, why vote against it? LOL

Immigration; a stable genius man’s idea
Shady replied to paxamericana's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Back in the day, western countries would accept new citizens if they had desirable skills, education, etc. In other words, they had to make the country better. Now, we bring in people with no skills, can't speak english or french, etc. The west now uses immigration as a charity system. It's abhorrent policy. -
Toronto seems to be the capital of anti-Semitism in Canada
Shady replied to blackbird's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
We import new citizens exclusively from the Middle East and India, so it's not really a surprise unfortunately. Most of the settle in Toronto. -
The political game is being played by the LIEberals pretending that they support pipelines. Mark my words, nothing will get built.
-
They weren’t changes, it was literally taken from the MOU, word for word. And the LIEberals voted against it! 😂 No, there were no changes. The entire motion was lifted word for word from the MOU! 😂
