I agree that Shady is wrong on the 85 grand a month part. It is as realistic as Mcguinty talking about the number of jobs it was going to create. But using a the propaganda website would be the same as him using nothing at all

It's also considered a income, so depend on the landowners finance , they may be paying income tax on it.
