We're gonna see some "opinions" voiced around here soon. The Hamas are calling for a world-wide Muslim "Day of Rage". That's so interesting, Golden Boy. Did Mama give you Thesaurus for your bd? Wow, look at you! -

Hey whatever triggers you, fella. I can't help it. There's too many trigger words on your list for me to keep track of, so I figure why bother anymore. Statehood shmatehood, my love. Like said, if them was all Jihadis there'd be no problems y'all. They'd have a muslim hootenany. Who you calling a nagger? -

Well actually the Pakis do give financial support to Hamas, and in terms of military training, so it seems to be fair game. "The links with Hamas go back to the time when international sanctions were imposed on Hamas because of its refusal to denounce violence against Israel. At that time, Pakistan offered $3 million as aid for the Palestinian Authority and support for Hamas. Since then the ties have deepened. While there are limits to the monetary and material assistance that Pakistan can give Hamas, Pakistan has plenty of offer in terms of training and perhaps even some cannon-fodder for Hamas’ ‘jihad’ against Israel." https://blogs.timesofisrael.com/the-dangerous-game-between-hamas-and-pakistan/ It's old news. 2021. -

There's no question that if Israel were a muslim nation, Iran and Palestine would have little to say. That's the argument that takes your legs out from under you. These are considered sacred lands to jews, muslims and christians. Everybody wants to control Jerusalem. Mix in a little religious fanaticism and presto. But maybe you don't like facts that make your widle head hurt. Because bad people making your bwownskin fwends all angwy Dorfenburger... -

Israel is the only non-Muslim country in the region. The rest are Muslim majorities. Some are theocracies. Iran sees Israel as their enemy and openly declares they should be destroyed. Iran rejected the two-state solution and gives covert support to hamas terrorists. These are they aystollahs. Religion matters to these people big-time. Btw coming soon to a street corner in a big city near you. Your pals friends have arrived. -

Poor pumpkin, how sad that you're "turned off". In case you people hadn't noticed, this is a conflict between Israelis vs Palestinians. That's Jews against muslims, sure sounds like a religious war to me. -

You're asking me to solve a problem that came about due to attrition and neglect over several governments. How should I know, I just go to work every day. I buy my lunch at tim horton's. Rather than a straightforward system that maintains full operational capacity at all times, seems to me we need a more dynamic system that is capable of responding to the extra need during emergencies. To do that, people and facilities need to be rapidly repurposed. Meanwhile we've done very little even just to help improve ER wait times in the existing, broken system. We need to increase the number of general practitioners and walk in clinics, to take pressure off the ER.

Or maybe you don't read so good. A post to which you gave "ups", yet don't seem to acknowledge now. As to religion, a quick check confirms I am right again. (Surprise surprise!) For blacks it's the older generation that went to church, not the younger ones. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/nbcblk/how-black-pastors-under-40-are-trying-get-their-peers-n1270276 "The Rev. Carlyle F. Stewart IV, 26, an associate pastor focused on youth and community outreach, however, says he sees the writing on the wall: His Black peers are abandoning traditional faith communities because they’re not finding solace in churches or meaning in religion in the same way their parents and grandparents have."

Ukraine/Gaza/Israel - No effect
OftenWrong replied to August1991's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
War is good for the economy. Capitalism has found a way to perpetuate itself whenever it is ailing. We see it now. The US has the opportunity to make changes in the ME while Russia is distracted with Ukraine. -
Just because you are comfortable and may have done well, profited even, perhaps, does not mean it's all good for everyone else. That sounds like the arrogance and narcissism someone on the left would say. Who amI talking about, why Trudeau, Freeland and Tam of course. They set the federal standard, and it all trickles down from there. Kinda like shit in an outhouse. I survived but I know a few people who developed health issues. I know two who were told not to get vaccinated. Considering I may only know a few hundred people in total, it's a pretty concerning statistical sample. Just lucky I guess? How about let's not strain the health care system this time like we did last time. Can we do that? It's been four years. Must be some way we can avoid doing that. Wait times in my ER atm are 8-12 hours. And it aint even flu season yet. Here comes the next tidal wave for you people. Since I never stopped working and was always being exposed to natural wild viruses, I am not sick while my coworkers all fall down like withered weeds. Proving mother nature reigns supreme again. Not your medicine derived by college boys trying to get their PhD, for the military-industrial complex.
