You are not facing reality. The reality is that this woman is a single parent, now unfortunately, unemployed. Had she had subsidized child care, she would still be employed. As much as you don't prefer single parent families, they are not going away anytime soon.

Palestinians have dehumanized themselves? All those innocent families, fathers, mothers, children? How can you compare these innocent families that have had nothing to do with the Olympic Massacre or Sept 11. And you consider them not human? Disgraceful! U.S. flights to Tel Aviv have been banned. Europe has recommended flights should not fly there. Netanyahu is whining of course. What does he expect?

I would have to point out here that many folks here may think that your perspective is pretty unique and that perhaps you have difficulty telling right from wrong. It is all in the eye of the beholder.

The tide has turned slightly towards support for Pakistan. Social media has had a big impact on this swaying of public opinion. We can now really see how the Palestinians live on a day to day basis. Videos, pictures and commentary are being upload for the world to see. Many people are now questioning Israel's tactics and these same people are looking at this conflict through the eyes of Palestinians. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is ever so slightly losing the war of public acceptance.

Innocent families are being killed, thousands have been displaced. How do you know these civilians support Hamas firing rockets?

It's not the innocent civilians fault. Why kill them? If we had female leaders over there, we wouldn't even be having this conversation.

That is just ridiculous. Women who are beaten by their husbands, daughters who are refused education, women who can't practice their profession, would jump at the chance to start a new life in Canada. Get a grip!

At the time of this flight, facts were not released as to the number of military planes that were shot down. I believe the number was in the 20's prior to the MH17 flight and the information given out was only a few. Not only that, information wasn't released that a military plane was shot down at 21,000 feet. Had this information been released, I bet that all airlines would have not sent any flights into that area. That information would have raised concerns, no doubt!
