  1. It's ok to be white. It is nothing to be ashamed of. Liberal politicians will always use the white are racist words to try and eliminate their opponents. Signs of a loser.

  6. Here's my idea to simplify the tax code: 1. How much money did you make this year? 2. How much did you spend? 3. How much do you have left? 4. Send it in.

  7. And now another Ontario Liberal opens his big mouth and jams both feet firmly into it. What the hell is with these people? Can they not say anything anymore without being stupidly offensive? Speaking during a funding announcement Thursday, Sousa made an innapropriate comment when referring to the male and female hospital workers who stood for a staged photo. “Thank you for the eye candy behind me,” he said. http://torontosun.com/news/provincial/finance-minister-charles-sousa-calls-medical-professionals-eye-candy?utm_term=Autofeed&utm_campaign=Echobox&utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Facebook#link_time=1521741298 Quick Bubber, tell all of us how he really just meant to say that he likes candy and thought some doctor was going to give him a lollipop.

  9. Youth voters was up in unprecedented numbers during the 2015 Federal election.....so she can't say the youth aren't engaged! Did it ever occur to her that the Liberal Party of Ontario - and, she - are the reasons why youth voters are low in Ontario? https://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/national/education/youth-dont-vote-because-they-dont-like-what-they-see/article19114640/ They most likely feel the burden of this GIGANTIC DEFICIT falling on their shoulders to carry for a very, very, very long time! They see the big burden of shouldering her spendings falling right smack on their generation - and beyond! With no good employment, to boot! They've lost hope! Who can blame them? It's terribly depressing when you're at the mercy of someone like Wynne!

  10. I wounder how it'll be if we re-phrase her words like this: “If you don’t vote, then somebody like Muslims are going to vote, some black people.” You can encourage in other positive ways! You don't single out certain groups - especially when we see the controversy over racism - what with groups like Black Lives Matter! She's compounding the angst against white people. She's tapping into those sentiments! Bottom line: you don't stoke the embers of a race war! Period.

  11. A silly premise. Our taxation system is already an out of control labyrinthine monster. You would propose increasing it's complexity? Just out and out silly. Here's an idea, since politicians are so fond of creating new taxes they should pay the lions share instead.

  12. Here you go. My paraphrasing was a bit off going from memory but in essence is correct. http://nationalpost.com/opinion/pierre-trudeaus-disastrous-record-is-finally-laid-out-for-all-to-see While Trudeau talked about strengthening democracy, his commitment to the system varied. In 1977 he said that in certain countries and at certain times a one-party state would be preferable. “I wouldn’t be prepared to think I would be successful in arguing that for Canada at the present time, but such times might come, who knows?” It constantly amazes me as to how the truth about Trudeau is glossed over and the myth of Trudeau is glibly accepted as gospel. Not only was this man (sorry, people) not what his fans claim, he was in many respects the opposite. It just goes to show how effective the Liberal propaganda machine really is. If I remember to do it after work I'll see if I can find a link to the article talking about Justin Trudeau selling our largest high tech security company to China. I might not remember though, there's a big sale at Canadian Tire and I'm picking up a new set of gear wrenches, regularly selling for $400.00, on sale for $119.00. Pretty exciting stuff!

  13. Looking back through this thread, I found this wise post of my web friend Hardner. I read Kissinger's book: A World Restored - published 1954. He has largely being saying the same ever since, with good reason. Kissinger believed in the Congress of Vienna, or Bretton Woods: State agreements, status quo. The Congress of Vienna led to 100 years of peace; even the post 1945 agreements have given us, so far, 70 years of peace - we even survived a Cold War. Yet, the Congress of Vienna did not ensure the survival, sustainability, of a multicultural state. Moreover, with the will to fight battles in places like Vietnam, we in the West eventually defeated both Maoist China and the USSR.

  14. Sure but lumping garden variety political or corporate machinations and conspiracies to commit kidnapping or rob banks in with governments secretly demolishing skyscrapers filled with citizens or serial faking moon landings is simply retarded.

  15. Too late. In his first year Trudeau brokered the sale of Canada's largest high tech security firm to China. It wasn't widely reported on, which is concerning in itself. This sale angered many of our allies as this firm also did quite a bit of work for them which means it had access to a lot of sensitive security related information. The sale included all intellectual property and the rights to it. Obviously our allies were not pleased. That's why when people claim that Trudeau is greatly respected by foreign leaders I have to laugh. When I get the time I'll see if I can find the article relating the particulars of this sale as I'm sure Trudeau groupies will claim it's not true.

  16. I think it be better off speaking to who from China is buying up the assets. Average Chinese person with a middle class wage? Or really wealthy people? And with wealth comes power and political influence. Because 10-ply politicians can be easily corrupted by a few bucks thrown their way.

  18. Jaws - especially Whoopi's - must've dropped when Condi Rice spoke about the 2nd ammendment. "Here’s what she said “Let me tell you why I’m a defender of the Second Amendment,” she began. “I was a little girl growing up in Birmingham, Alabama, in the late fifties, early sixties,” she explained. “There was no way that Bull Connor and the Birmingham Police were going to protect you.” “And so when White Knight Riders would come through our neighborhood,” she said, “my father and his friends would take their guns and they’d go to the head of the neighborhood, it’s a little cul-de-sac and they would fire in the air, if anybody came through.” “I don’t think they actually ever hit anybody,” she continued. “But they protected the neighborhood. And I’m sure if Bull Connor had known where those guns were he would have rounded them up.” “And so, I don’t favor some things like gun registration,” she said to a suddenly silent crowd." https://www.theblaze.com/news/2018/03/01/condoleezza-rice-stuns-the-view-audience-with-amazing-story-about-2nd-amendment-rights Too bad Condi has no plans to run for office. This is THE WOMAN that should lead!

  19. Highly disputed by YOU. Not historians. The Tudehs were Commies and Mousie used them to win his 'democratic election'. These were the same lovelies that tried to hand Iran over to the USSR in 1946. The ironic thing about those Tudehs was that they turned on their benefactor once the Iranian Army Coup started...hoping to get all the pie for themselves. Didn't work...

  20. Gotta love it when the arm chair soldiers sit there and tell you what isn't important in this particular profession. Of course those same arm chair soldiers have never had to make a 30 k forced march with full kit in 110 deg weather either so it's quite easy to opine on something of which you have zero knowledge. I also enjoy hearing them inform us as to how modern warfare is practiced, once again with zero knowledge of the subject. Here's a clue, physical conditioning and strength are incredibly important, always have been and always will be.
