  1. If even a quarter of those are partially true, and they are, it shows how subverted and corrupt American politics is. Canadian politics is close but luckily we have more strict regulations to ignore.

  3. At the expense of the social democrats who fell from 25% to 6% and seatwise from 38 to 9. A total and utter humiliation and annihilation. They were the junior partners in the government the two parties and it seems that while the Liberals also lost popularity and seats but remained the largest party it was the social democrats who took the beating for unpopular policies. Only because Wilders failed to make such gains as expected it is a false analysis to state that the election was a victory for status quo. Far from it. The protest-votes were scattered more widely than to benefit Wilders alone.

  4. You/we can call any tax anything you/we want. There are no dedicated taxes in Canada - everything goes into the same general revenue fund to be pissed away by the same morons who have run our grand children a trillion dollars into debt.

  5. In my view, North Americans better wake up and open their minds to the fact the world as changed since 9/11 and the possibilities of things/situations that would not likely happen CAN happen because corruption is every where in governments and tech. today is helping make that happen a lot easier.

  6. I said this before and I will say it again people NEED to NOT support parties but the Country first because corruption runs rapid now a days and look how divided the US is and the former head of SS said Trump isn't safe anymore in the White House because of people jumping fences. Of course, the ones seem to be doing it weren't around when JFK. was murdered.

  9. And yet you volunteer for more of the same over and over again and again. You people really need to give your heads a shake and take more responsibility for the consequences of your own free choice.

  10. If Canada's soldiers had been conscripted to help perpetrate the West's depredations around the planet instead of volunteering this appeal for sympathy would certainly get my support. The people who willfully supported paying for this should be the one's paying for the consequences. Those of us who've had our hard-earned tax dollars conscripted to squander on one useless military adventure after another have invested enough.

  11. Pretty much how I see it. From the article, It's interesting how the sorts of people who will worryingly point to the grim socio-economic reality of poor Islamic families and their daughters will just as sagely pontificate about how greed is good and seem utterly oblivious to virtually ANY consequences stemming from that Golden Rule. Once you've decided its okay for economics to trump virtue in one or two cases you've pretty much given the nod in any case - like supporting terrorists or dictators, if you're in it for a penny you're in it for a pound and you deserve everything you get in return, especially the angst. That's the price of living according to really loose principles. Far too many people in our capitalistic world simply lack the moral or ethical background to treat an issue like this in any meaningful way. What's the solution? Stop trying to maintain conservative and right-wing views and become more left-wing in your outlook. It's called being progressive.

  12. Perhaps Donna Brazile should be #66, when she gave Clinton a list of topics before the town halls or was it the debates, which were going around then. Many reporters ask her about this and she denied it and just came out saying anything that she didn't know or do anything wrong. http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/donna-brazile-passing-debate-questions-clinton-camp-mistake/story?id=46218677

  13. I can believe it. Just watching the leftist liberal media and the democratic party with their constant attacks against Trump over every little thing he says or does tells me that Obama and Hillary with their buddy Soros are most likely working very hard behind the scenes to try and topple Trump. The problem with these fools is that they have a problem dealing with their loss. They refuse to accept it. Deplorable losers. Their destruction of America has now been put on hold. The people that voted for Trump like and want his policies implemented which will be good for all ordinary Americans even for the fools who are being used by those losers mentioned above to try and convince them that Trump is their enemy, not their friend.

  14. The problem with Argus is that he's torn between supporting Trump's policies while not supporting Trump. It's what happens when right wing heads explode and implode at the same.

  15. You did somewhat okay in trying to separate different Muslims in your previous statements, but then you finished with the conclusion above. There is no "Muslim problem" since majority of Muslims have no problems living and assimilating in Europe like they have been for a long time. There are issues, very minimal issues, with a small minority of people from certain parts of the world, sure. But this is not due to them being Muslim, since an overwhelming majority of Muslims do just fine in living in harmony in Europe.

  17. Typical conservative horse-shit around responsibility....hold Islam responsible for stuff that happened well over a thousand years ago and a big what-me-worry for anything our culture did just a few hundred years ago. 4000 year old land claim by Jews, no problem... couple hundred year old native land claims in North America...get over it. That's right wing conservatism for you, the most ethically and morally challenged people on the planet bar none.

  18. Yah know them both. So you understand Shwarz's, real bagels, real pastrami and the religious significance of Grecian hair formula . Its hard to explain it to the pagans on this forum. I mean they these people in Toronto named a hockey team after something Adam used to hide his pee pee. Weird people. Speaking about beavers, I have nothing against beavers, really I don't but as the national animal compared to a bald eagle, well, I would have preferred toe Canada Lynxx, the Cougar, the wolf, the wolverine, even the Snowy Owl, but a beaver? Fat, buck-toothed, and a rodent? I would have even gone with the Moose, but I know Taxme has a thing about big nostrils and big noses so I guess it worked out.

  19. "Arab robe", "hijab", "hearing them speaking in a foreign language" are clear signs that those people are reacting to all the lies, the BIG LIE and all the lies that have flowed from it. These folks aren't talking about people from France or Spain or Russia or the USA or China or Vietnam or ... . These folks you are focused on are simply the ones that the present hate bandwagon has adopted for obvious political reasons/lies. It used to be Pakis, gooks, slant eyes, wogs, ... .

  20. There are a lot more honest, fair thinking individuals, far more than the "Trump" type supporters that don't like that there are these groups of whites that advance vicious lies, support illegal invasions based on patently transparent lies, don't like the cowardly nature of these same whites who rejoice in the murder of innocents, the cowardly nature of these same whites who talk big but can't honestly address anything that might burst the false bubble they live in.

  30. And how many Iranians do you know of that are not assimilating in Canada because of your own experience? Are they pushing the religion on your throat or beheading kids in Canada? I cannot be more transparent than this and if you cannot see my point you might as well carry on searching the web for the most prolific videos on Iran and attribute that to the people already living in Canada...

  32. It's mostly the aftermath of the west's malignancy towards Africa the last 400 years or so that's resulted in the need for so much aid. What Africa really needs are massive reparations for the rape murder and theft of as much of the continent the west could get its hands on.

  33. You moderators just refuse to get it, this thread like hundreds of others in this forum are mere asides to the unresolved unmitigated core of the topic which of course is the Wests violent and abusive interference in the ME. Its exactly like sexual abuse in a family, Until such time as that core problem of abuse is resolved and mitigated the dysfunction it's caused will never go away. Ever. Get used to it.

  34. US citizens are set to lose the right to travel visa free to the European zone. Days of travelling to Venice or Paris with visa may become a harsh reality that enough is enough. Personally, I think although this may not be a major news in the grand scheme it signals a powerful message to the US. Trump has become too big for his boot and about time to get that smug look off his face. His arrogance and narcissitic idiosyncrasy tendencies has got the better of him in a mess he has created domestically as well as judiciaries generals and people and governments around the world. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/travel/news/us-nationals-to-be-forced-to-apply-to-visas-eu-reciprocity/ btw The Telegraph is a rightwing conservative source. If thir claim is a such I wonder how this lays out with a more centrist liberal European newspapers....

  35. I think it would have been no more paralyzed than Obama's had been. I think after the frothing idiocy of election-season rhetoric had died down, Republicans would have probably been able to work with Clinton a bit moreso than they did with Obama (she is far less liberal/progressive than Obama is). That said, yeah, she managed to lose to Trump of all people, so definitely time for a new candidate. Hopefully somebody younger instead of all these gerontocrats, too.

  36. We're as much a bunch of terrorists as the people retaliating against us. We started this so-called war when we shrugged off our highest values and principles by trucking and trading with dictators and their allies and enablers. Just about the saddest thing in the world right now is the sheer capacity of so many people in the west to so utterly ignore the fact our actions have been a lot more monstrous than the blowback its caused. I think its all this blather and emotional investment people have in notions about states, countries, countrymen that cripples their objectivity. Nationalism is most certainly at the core of the insanity gripping this poor beaten up planet of ours. The only way around it is to rise above it and shed all that crap like old dead skin and start thinking along the lines of planet, Earthlings and fellow beings so the notion of what a traitor is or does changes e.g. "I think the government of that (fill-in-many-names-here) country is a traitor to our species and planet". Like I said, deliberately placing a dictator in power and then enabling their ability to inflict pain and horror on our fellow human beings in the interest of some other stupid pissant country should rank as just about the worst possible crime against humanity that can be committed. A bunch of people being blown up is pretty unremarkable in comparison, especially when so much of the underlying reasons people are driven nuts enough to want to blow people up is a very related consequence of the far worse crime of blowing whole societies away by condemning them to dictatorships. I think the world is now so steeped in the sheer toxicity of this sort of behaviour that we're probably in a completely hopeless situation. No one is getting out alive or otherwise unscathed. Maybe they shouldn't given how resistant to growing up we've been as a species.
